Разрастването на фирма ТРАНС-ЦИМЕНТ Е ЕООД през последната година и сключените нови договори за изпълнение на трансп. услуги доведоха до необходимост от разкриване на нови устойчиви работни места за служители, които да спомогнат за покриване на нарасналия обем работа.Удовлетворяването на тази потребност е и една от основните цели на проекта.Посредством изпълнението на предвидените по проекта дейности:1.Наемане на безработни и неактивни лица за период до 12 месеца и обслужване от Служба по трудова медицина за новоназначените служители2.Закупуване на оборудване, стопански инвентар, работно облекло и лични предпазни средства свързани със създаването на новите работни места3.Дейности за организация и управление на проекта4.Дейности по информиране и публичностще бъде възможно постигането на общата цел на проекта.Като резултати от изпълнението на дейностите се очаква разкриването на 23 нови работни места (НРМ), сключване на тр. договори; извършено обслужване от Служба по трудова медицина за новоназначените служители (за сметка на работодателя); запазване на минимум 12 от НРМ за срок от минимум 12 месеца след приключване на проекта; закуп. на оборудване, стопански инвентар, работно облекло и лични предпазни средства пряко необходими и свързани със създаването на НРМ; създаден екип за управление на проекта; доставени визуализационни материали.Целевата група, която ще бъде включена в проекта е Безработни и неактивни лица (23 лица), като над 50% от тях ще бъдат от специфични категории: Безработни лица на възраст над 54г. (3 лица), Продължително безр. и неактивни лица (4 лица) и Безработни младежи до 29г. включително (6 лица)По време на изпълнение на проекта и включените в него дейности ТРАНС-ЦИМЕНТ Е ЕООД ще използва натрупания през годините опит в изпълнението на подобни дейности и проекти и ще следи за стриктното спазване на хоризонталните принципи на ОП РЧР - равни възможности и недопускане на дискриминация,равенство между половете и устойчиво развитие.
