At present, the enterprise is in an initial phase of development and needs professional and targeted support for the development of sustainable business. By addressing directly the needs of SID TRAD IMPEX EOOD, this project aims to support the initial strengthening of the enterprise, to ensure better management and to create prerequisites for successful and sustainable development in the future. The objectives of the project will be achieved by providing access to individual marketing services for the specific products with which the enterprise trades — souvenirs and gift products, as well as by providing access to information technology services related to the development of an integrated software platform for internet retailing with souvenirs and gift products. The planned project activities will ensure the creation of a more favourable environment for successful and sustainable business development of the newly launched enterprise, which is currently in a highly vulnerable market situation and is relatively low competitive due to the early stage of its development. The project activities are directly aimed at solving one of the main problems of SID TRAD IMPEX Ltd. — the insufficient recognition of the company and the insufficient number of channels for sale and promotion of the business, as well as the need to conquer new markets. The implementation of the project will significantly increase the chances of the company’s competitive survival and will create prerequisites for successful and sustainable business development in the future. „СИД ТРЕЙД ИМПЕКС“ ЕООД е микропредприятие, създадено в рамките на проект № BG05M9OP001-1.023-0164 „Насърчаване на предприемачеството в район Североизточен - стимул за икономически растеж и създаване на заетост в области Шумен и Добрич“, финансиран по ОПРЧР 2014-2020. Предприятието развива дейност в сферата на търговията на дребно със сувенири и подаръци, вкл. ювелирни изделия, изделия от метал, текстил и обработени кожи. Към настоящия момент предприятието е в начална фаза на развитие и има нужда от професионална и целенасочена подкрепа за развитие на устойчив бизнес. Адресирайки пряко нуждите на „СИД ТРЕЙД ИМПЕКС“ ЕООД настоящият проект си поставя за цел да подпомогне първоначалното укрепване на предприятието, да осигури по-добро управление и да създаде предпоставки за успешно и устойчиво развитие в бъдеще. Целите на проекта ще бъдат постигнати чрез предоставяне на достъп до индивидуални маркетинг услуги за конкретните продукти, с които предприятието търгува - сувенири и продукти за подарък, както и чрез предоставяне на достъп до услуги в областта на информационните технологии, свързани с разработване на интегрирана софтуерна платформа за интернет търговия на дребно със сувенири и продукти за подарък.Планираните дейности по проекта ще гарантират създаването на по-благоприятна среда за успешно и устойчиво бизнес развитие на новостартиралото предприятие, което към настоящия момент се намира в силно уязвима ситуация на пазара и е сравнително слабоконкурентно поради ранния етап на своето развитие.
