Projekt opracowano w oparciu o diagnozę w zakresie m.in.:zapotrzebow. na dodatk. miejsca przedszkolne w Mieście i Gminie Sztum (MiGSztum),potrzeb dot. realizacji zajęć specjal. i ukierunk. na rozw. komp.klucz.Diagnoza została przeprow.przez MGZO Sztum i zatwierdz zarządz. nr45/2016 Burmistrza MiG Sztum z dn.14.04.2016. Celem projektu jest zwiększ. liczby trwałych miejsc edukacji przedszk.poprzez utworz. miejsc przedszk. dla 75 dzieci 3-4 letnich oraz zapewnienie atrakcyjnej,wysokiej jakości edukacji przedszkolnej w 4 OWP,dla których organem prow.jest MiG Sztum. Zaplanowane działania:1)utworz. trwałych miejsc wych.przedszk.tj.50 w Publicznym Przedszkolu w Sztumie (PPSz)i 25 w Czerninie (PPCz);2)org. specjalist. zajęć dla 78 dzieci w wielu 3-6 lat ze SPE,uczęszcz. do PPSz i PPCz,PP w Gościszewie(PPG) i Oddziału Przedszk. w Nowej Wsi(OPNW);3)org.zaj.rozwijaj.kompet.-klucz. dla 362 dzieci w wieku 3-6 lat z OWP jak w pkt2;4)org szkoleń dla 36n-li w zakresie prow. procesu indyw. pracy z 78 dziećmi zSPE;5)org. szkoleń dla 27 n-li w zakresie doskonal. umiejętności w posługiwaniu się TIK oraz stosow. nowoczesnych metod i form pracy sprzyjających rozwij. kompetencji-kluczowych u 262 dzieci. Działania realizowane będą z wykorzystaniem nowoczesnych pomocy dydaktycznych,narzędzi TIK i aktywizujących metod pracy. W efekcie realizacji ww.działań 75 dzieci w wieku 3-4lat zost. objętych edukacją przedszkolną,34 n-li nabędzie kompetencje do pracy z dziećmi w wieku przedszk.z SPE,w tym z niepełnosprawnymi,dzięki czemu 78 dzieci (5 niepełnospr) zwiększy swoje szanse rozwojowe, 27 n-li nabędzie umiejętności w zakresie wykorzyst. TIK podczas pracy dydaktycznej oraz stosow.aktywizujących metod pracy w trakcie procesu kształcenia dzieci.4 OWP zostaną doposażone w nowoczesne pomoce dydakt. i sprzęt TIK.Powyższe przyczyni się do realizacji założonego celu i rezultatów oraz trwałej poprawy jakości eduk. w OWP.MiGSztum zapewni trwałość utworz. miejsc przez 2 lata od zakoń. realiz. projektu. The project was developed on the basis of diagnosis in the area of:requirements for preschool spaces in the City and the Municipality of Sztum (MiGSztum), the need for special classes and the focus on the development of comp. key.Diagnosis was apologised by the Ministry of Economy Sztum and approved by the Mayor of MiG Sztum from 14.14.04.2016. The aim of the project is to increase the number of permanent pre-school places by creating pre-school places for 75 children 3-4 years old and providing attractive, high quality pre-school education in 4 PLC, for which the body is MiG Sztum. In the field of trainings in the field of education and trainings in the field of education and training in the school of children in 362.3-6 years in the field of education in the field of permanent places.Press.tj.50 in Public Kindergarten in Sztum (PPZ) and 25 in Cherniń (PPC). The activities will be implemented using modern teaching aids, ICT tools and activating working methods. As a result of the above measures, 75 children aged 3-4 years from preschool education will acquire competences to work with children in pre-school age, including those with disabilities, so that 78 children (5 disadvantaged) will increase their development opportunities, 27 n-li will acquire skills in terms of exploitation. ICT will be equipped with modern teaching aids and ICT equipment.The above will contribute to the achievement of the stated goal and results and to improve the quality of education in the PLO.MiGSztum will ensure the sustainability of the place for 2 years from the end of the project.
