Celem głównym P jest podniesienia kompetencji 18studentów (16K,2M), uczestniczących w kształceniu na kier. Pedagogika spec. edukacja przedszkolna i wczesnoszkolna Instytutu Humanistycznego (IH) PWSZ w G-wie, odpowiadające potrzebom gosp., rynku pracy i społ., poprzez opracowanie progr. kształc. przyczyniających się do rozwoju kompetencji pedagog. i społ. stud. oraz realizację studiów, które wychodzą naprzeciw oczekiwaniom potencjalnych pracodawców i przyszłych pracowników, w ramach kształcenia realiz. w PWSZ w G-wie od 1 października 2019 r. do 31 września 2021 r.Grupą doc. P będzie18 osób (16K,2M) - studentów/-tek IV-sem. kier.: Pedagogika, specj. Edukacja przedszkolna i wczesnoszkolna studiów stacj. II stopnia (tytuł zaw.: magister) w PWSZ w G-wie (woj. dolnośl.), przyjętych na studia w X.2019 r. (rok akad. 2019/2020).Zadania:1. Modyfikacja progr. kształcenia studiów o profilu prakt. na kier. pedagogika spec. edukacja przedszkolna i wczesnoszkolna2. Realizacja st. o profilu prakt. na kier. PED EPW, w tym doposażenie pracowni pedagogiki przedszkolnej i wczesnoszkolnej3. Realizacja praktyk zawodowych wynikających z PKRez.:Liczba zmodyfikowanych PK - 1 PK.Liczba os., które podniosły kompetencje w ramach działań uczelni wspartych z EFS -13 os.Liczba os. objętych wsparciem EFS w ramach progr. kształc. o profilu ogólnoakad. lub prakt., dost. do potrzeb gosp., rynku pracy i społ. -18 os.Liczba stud., którzy uczestniczyli w praktykach wspieranych ze środków EFS -13 os.Zad. uwzgl. w P, podlegające finansowaniu z EFS, nie służą realizacji obow. wynikających z przep. reg. funkcj. systemu szk. wyższego.Zwiększające się wym. i oczekiwania pracodawców dot. kompetencji abs. studiów wskazują na potrzebę ich kierunkowego kształc. Modification of the prognosis of education of studies with a practitioner’s profile for pedagogy specialising in pre-primary and early school education2. Implementation of st. on the profile of practice for hearts. PED EPW, including retrofitting of a pre-school and early school pedagogy workshop3. Implementation of apprenticeships resulting from PKRez.:Number of modified PK – 1 PK.Number of persons who raised competences within the framework of the activities of universities supported by the ESF -13 persons. —18 persons.The number of students who participated in practices supported by the ESF -13 persons, including P, which are financed by the ESF, do not serve to fulfil the scope of the functions of the higher school system. In addition to the knowledge passed on at the University, students expect it to be supplemented by practice, lawful to raise their competences and acquire the necessary tools through the implementation of their internships.
