Hlavným cieľom projektu je navýšenie počtu rómskych domácností na území mesta Stará Ľubovňa s kvalitnejšími podmienkami bývania a snaha o aktívnu participáciu príslušníkov marginalizovaných rómskych komunít na verejnom živote v dôsledku efektívneho využívania a primeranej dostupnosti občianskej vybavenosti. Prostredníctvom realizácie hlavnej aktivity projektu – podpora dobudovania základnej technickej infraštruktúry, chceme vybudovať a zrekonštruovať miestne pozemné komunikácie, resp. vybudovať komplexnú sieť chodníkov a ciest v MRK, so zreteľom na aktívnejšie zapojenie členov komunity na riešení problémov ich sociálnej exklúzie a marginalizácie. Vyhovujúci stavebno-technický stav základnej infraštruktúry v prostredí MRK prinesie výsledky v podobe zlepšenia kvality bývania, a teda samotného zlepšenia životných podmienok obyvateľov rómskeho etnika, ich sociálnej situácie, vzdelanostnej úrovne, spoločenského začlenenia a uplatnenia sa na trhu práce.Realizáciou hlavnej aktivity projektu dosiahneme naplnenie stanoveného merateľného ukazovateľa: Počet obyvateľov MRK, ktorým sa zlepšili podmienky bývania prostredníctvom vybudovania/dobudovania pozemných komunikácii – 1 540 osôb. The main objective of the project is to increase the number of Roma households in the city of Stará Ľubovňa with better housing conditions and to strive for active participation of members of marginalised Roma communities in public life due to effective use and adequate accessibility of civic facilities. Through the implementation of the main activity of the project – support for the completion of basic technical infrastructure, we want to build and reconstruct local roads, or to build a comprehensive network of paths and roads in CLLD, with a view to more active involvement of members of the community in solving the problems of their social exclusion and marginalisation. The satisfactory structural and technical condition of basic infrastructure in the environment of CLLD will produce results in the form of improvement of the quality of housing, and thus the improvement of living conditions of Roma people, their social situation, educational level, social inclusion and application in the labour market. The implementation of the main activity of the project will achieve the fulfilment of the established measurable indicator: Number of inhabitants of CLLD which improved housing conditions through the construction/completion of land roads – 1,540 persons. L’objectif principal du projet est d’augmenter le nombre de ménages roms dans la ville de Stará Žubovňa avec de meilleures conditions de logement et de s’efforcer de faire participer activement les membres des communautés roms marginalisées à la vie publique en raison de l’utilisation efficace et de l’accessibilité adéquate des installations civiques. Grâce à la mise en œuvre de l’activité principale du projet — l’appui à l’achèvement des infrastructures techniques de base, nous voulons construire et reconstruire des routes locales, ou construire un réseau complet de chemins et de routes dans le cadre du développement local mené par les acteurs locaux, en vue d’une participation plus active des membres de la communauté à la résolution des problèmes de leur exclusion sociale et de leur marginalisation. L’état structurel et technique satisfaisant des infrastructures de base dans l’environnement du DLAL produira des résultats sous la forme d’une amélioration de la qualité du logement et, partant, de l’amélioration des conditions de vie des Roms, de leur situation sociale, de leur niveau d’éducation, de leur inclusion sociale et de leur application sur le marché du travail. La mise en œuvre de la principale activité du projet permettra de réaliser l’indicateur mesurable établi: Nombre d’habitants du DLAL qui ont amélioré les conditions de logement grâce à la construction ou à l’achèvement de routes terrestres — 1 540 personnes.
