The general objective of the project is to improve the level of competence and increase the employment rate among 1051 unemployed NEETs aged 16-29, registered and profiled at the Public Employment Service in North West, Center and West regions. The objective shall contribute to the achievement of the following specific programme objectives: Specific Objective 2.1 — Increasing the employment of unemployed NEETs aged 16-29, registered with the Public Employment Service, residing in the North West, Centre and West regions and Specific Objective 2.2 — Improving the level of competence, including by assessing and certifying the skills acquired in a non-formal and informal system of unemployed NEETs aged 16-29 years, registered with the Public Employment Service, with residency in eligible regions. The positive effect that the project generates must be analysed from the perspective of its results (individuals, formats, mediated and occupied), as well as from the perspective of the positive perception that successful implementation has in society. In the long term, the POZITIVE EFECT for the members of the target group will be supported by the information and skills that they have received as a result of the implementation of the project. Thus, even after the end of the project, due to the training courses, training in entrepreneurship, digital skills and social and civic skills, in addition to the advantages offered in the employment process of any job, the final beneficiaries will be able to realise/update their CV, they will be able to analyse the offers on the labour market in order to substantiate the decision to seek a job, to be information about the rights and obligations arising from the status of employee, various entrepreneurial opportunities, etc. Participation in the training, mediation and business creation activities aims, as the long-term POZITIVE EFECT, to facilitate their insertion into the company.     Obiectivul general al proiectului consta in imbunatatirea nivelului de competente si cresterea gradului de ocupare in randul a 1051 de tineri NEETs someri cu varsta intre 16 - 29 ani, inregistrati si profilati la Serviciul Public de Ocupare, din Regiunile Nord Vest, Centru si Vest. Obiectivul contribuie la indeplinirea urmatoarelor obiective specifice de program: Obiectivul Specific 2.1 - Cresterea ocuparii tinerilor NEETs someri cu varsta intre 16 - 29 ani, inregistrati la Serviciul Public de Ocupare, cu rezidenta in regiunile Nord Vest, Centru si Vest si Obiectivul Specific 2.2 - Imbunătatirea nivelului de competente, inclusiv prin evaluarea si certificarea competentelor dobandite in sistem non-formal si informal al tinerilor NEETs someri cu varsta intre 16 - 29 ani, inregistrați la Serviciul Public de Ocupare, cu rezidenta in regiunile eligibile. EFECTUL POZITIV pe care proiectul il genereaza trebuie analizat din perspectiva rezultatelor acestuia (persoane infromate, formate, mediate si ocupate), cat si din perspectiva perceptiei pozitive pe care implementarea cu succes o are in societate. Pe termen lung, EFECTUL POZITIV pentru membrii grupului tinta va fi sustinut de bagajul de informatii si competente pe care acestia l-au capatat ca urmare a implementarii proiectului. Astfel, chiar si dupa terminarea proiectului, datorita cursurilor de calificare, formare in antreprenoriat, de competente digitale și competente sociale si civice, pe langa avantajele oferite in procesul de ocupare a orcarui post, beneficiarii finali vor putea sa isi realizeze/actualizeze CV-ul, vor putea sa analizeze ofertele de pe piata muncii in scopul fundamentarii deciziei de cautare a unui loc de munca, sa fie informatii cu privire la drepturile si obligatiile ce decurg din calitatea de angajat, diverse oportunitati d einitiative antreprenoriale, etc. Participarea la activitatile de formare, mediere si infiintare afaceri are scopul, ca EFECT POZITIV pe termen lung, de a facilita insertia acestora in societate.     L’objectif général du projet est d’améliorer le niveau de compétence et d’augmenter le taux d’emploi de 1051 NEET sans emploi âgés de 16 à 29 ans, inscrits et classés au Service public de l’emploi dans les régions du Nord-Ouest, du Centre et de l’Ouest. L’objectif contribue à la réalisation des objectifs du programme spécifique suivants: Objectif spécifique 2.1 — Accroître l’emploi des NEET sans emploi âgés de 16 à 29 ans, inscrits au service public de l’emploi, résidant dans les régions du Nord-Ouest, du Centre et de l’Ouest, et objectif spécifique 2.2 — Améliorer le niveau de compétence, y compris en évaluant et en certifieant les compétences acquises dans un système non formel et informel de NEET sans emploi âgés de 16 à 29 ans, enregistrés auprès du service public de l’emploi et ayant leur résidence dans des régions éligibles. L’effet positif généré par le projet doit être analysé du point de vue de ses résultats (individus, formats, médiateurs et occupés), ainsi que de la perception positive que la mise en œuvre réussie a dans la société. À long terme, l’EFECT Pozitive pour les membres du groupe cible sera soutenu par les informations et les compétences qu’ils ont reçues à la suite de la mise en œuvre du projet. Ainsi, même après la fin du projet, en raison des cours de formation, de la formation à l’entrepreneuriat, des compétences numériques et des compétences sociales et civiques, outre les avantages offerts dans le processus d’emploi de tout emploi, les bénéficiaires finaux seront en mesure de réaliser/actualiser leur CV, ils pourront analyser les offres sur le marché du travail afin de justifier la décision de chercher un emploi, d’être des informations sur les droits et obligations découlant du statut de salarié, diverses opportunités entrepreneuriales, etc. La participation aux activités de formation, de médiation et de création d’entreprises vise, en tant que Pozitive EFECT à long terme, à faciliter leur insertion dans l’entreprise.
