Με το παρόν έργο θα εξασφαλιστεί η λειτουργία τριών δομών παροχής βασικών αγαθών στον Δήμο Αγίας Παρασκευής. Συγκεκριμένα, θα εξασφαλιστεί η λειτουργία, για τρία έτη, του Κοινωνικού Παντοπωλείου, της Δομής Παροχής Συσσιτίου και του Κοινωνικού Φαρμακείου. Η λειτουργία των Δομών αυτών είναι ιδιαίτερα σημαντική καθώς οι πολίτες του Δήμου Αγίας Παρασκευής έχουν πληγεί ιδιαίτερα από την οικονομική κρίση που ξέσπασε στην χώρα το 2009. Σύμφωνα με καταγραφές των υπηρεσιών του Δήμου οι κατηγορίες των πολιτών που έχουν πληγεί περισσότερο είναι οι ελεύθεροι επαγγελματίες (έμποροι, τεχνίτες , μικροβιοτέχνες, πρώην στελέχη επιχειρήσεων κ.α). Έτσι παρουσιάζεται η διαμόρφωση μιας νέας κοινωνικής ομάδας αυτή των νεόπτωχων. Επιπλέον της προαναφερθείσας ομάδας, σύμφωνα με καταγραφές του Δήμου, υπάρχει και η κατηγορία των χρόνια φτωχών η οποία παρουσιάζει φαινόμενα κοινωνικού αποκλεισμού. Ο Δήμος Αγίας Παρασκευής έχει εξασφαλίσει τρείς συμβατούς με τις απαιτήσεις των δομών αυτών χώρους μέσω της μίσθωσης ή παραχώρησης τους σε αυτόν. Παράλληλα, οι χώροι αυτοί εξυπηρετούνται από τα μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς και παράλληλα εξασφαλίζεται η πλήρης προσβασιμότητα ΑΜΕΑ. Τέλος, ένα ολοκληρωμένο σχέδιο δικτύωσης θα εξασφαλίσει την απρόσκοπτη λειτουργία των δομών και επιπλέον ένα ολοκληρωμένο σχέδιο δημοσιότητας θα ενημερώσει και θα καθοδηγήσει τους ωφελούμενους για τις παρεχόμενες υπηρεσίες. This project will ensure the operation of three basic goods supply structures to the Municipality of Agia Paraskevi. In particular, the operation of the Social Grocery, the Sissiti Provisional Structure and the Social Pharmacy will be ensured for three years. The operation of these structures is particularly important as the citizens of the Municipality of Agia Paraskevi have been particularly affected by the economic crisis that broke out in the country in 2009. According to records of the services of the Municipality, the categories of citizens most affected are the freelancers (tradeers, craftsmen, microtechnics, former business executives, etc.). This presents the formation of a new social group, that of the newly-poored. In addition to the above mentioned group, according to records of the Municipality, there is also the category of chronic poor which shows phenomena of social exclusion. The Municipality of Agia Paraskevi has secured three compatible with the requirements of these structures through their lease or concession. At the same time, these spaces are served by public transport while ensuring full accessibility for people with disabilities. Finally, an integrated networking plan will ensure the smooth operation of the structures and in addition an integrated publicity plan will inform and guide the beneficiaries of the services provided.
