SKP HOPO je od r. 1999 stabilní součástí sítě sociálních služeb na území HMP. Slabou stránkou a potencionální hrozbou je nedostatečné diverzifikování finančních zdrojů a velká závislost na veřejných zdrojích. Projekt toto řeší spolu s dalšími oblastmi: strategie, FR, lidské zdroje, PR, kvalita služeb, ve kterých má SKP HOPO rezervy a potenciál pro další růst, zkvalitnění služeb a zvýšení důvěryhodnosti vůči veřejnosti, státnímu i soukromému sektoru. Since 1999, SKP hopo has been a stable part of the network of social services in the territory of the HMP. The weak and potential threat is the lack of diversification of financial resources and great dependence on public resources. The project addresses this together with other areas: strategy, FR, human resources, PR, quality of services in which SKP hopo has reserves and potential for further growth, improvement of services and increased credibility towards the public, public and private sectors.
