The main objective of the project is to increase the employability of 60 people [36K/24M] aged 30 years and over to 31.12.2020, only of the long-term unemployed, including those registered in the District Labour Office, in Świętokrzyskie Province, within the meaning of the Civil Code, of which at least 6 [3K/3M] with disabilities. The objective will be achieved through the implementation of the Task Force: • The diagnosis of the needs and potential of the UP, together with the creation of IPD for 100 % of the UP• Individual occupational guidance in the form of a learning exercise for 100 % of up to 20 % of the UP• vocational training, with the identified needs and the potential of the UP and diagnosed with the needs of the relevant local or regional labour market for 100 % of up to of the PA• job placements for 60 % of up to 100 % of up to of the PA’s subsidised employment. Main reserves to be achieved by means of proj.: • Number of persons employed, including self-employed, after leaving programming 30 (17K/13M),• Number of persons who obtained qualifications after leaving programming 36 (20K/16M) and employment efficiency ratio min.45 %.     Głównym celem projektu jest zwiększenie do 31.12.2020 roku zdolności do podjęcia zatrudnienia 60 osób [36K/24M] w wieku 30 lat i więcej, wyłącznie długotrwale bezrobotnych, w tym zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym/ Miejskim Urzędzie Pracy, zamieszkujących na terenie woj. świętokrzyskiego w rozumieniu Kodeksu cywilnego, z czego min. 6 [3K/3M] osób z niepełnosprawnościami. Cel zostanie osiągnięty poprzez realizację ZADAŃ: •diagnoza potrzeb i potencjałów UP wraz z utworzeniem IPD dla 100% UP • indywidualne poradnictwo zawodowe w formie jobcoachingu dla 100% UP • szkolenia zawodowe zg. ze zdiagnozowanymi potrzebami i potencjałem UP oraz zdiagnozowanymi potrzebami właściwego lokalnego lub regionalnego rynku pracy dla 100% UP • staże dla 60% UP i pośrednictwo pracy dla 100 % UP • zatrudnienie subsydiowane dla 20% UP. Główne REZULTATY zaplanowane do osiągnięcia, dzięki realizacji proj.: • Liczba osób pracujących, łącznie z prowadzącymi działalność na własny rachunek, po opuszczeniu programu-min. 30 (17K/13M), • Liczba osób, które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu-min. 36 (20K/16M) oraz wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej min.45%.
