Predložený projekt je zameraný na inováciu procesu montáže a kompletizácie finálnych produktov spoločnosti Bonfiglioli Slovakia s.r.o.. Inštalácia inovatívnej automatizovanej montážnej a kompletizačnej linky umožní skrátiť čas kompletizácie výrobkov odstránením medzičasov v súčasnosti potrebných na presun nedokončenej výroby medzi jednotlivými zariadeniami a tiež potrebu presunov medzi technologickými zariadeniami pri zmene výrobku (rôzna veľkosť, resp. určenie prevodovky).Okrem toho dôjde ku výraznému zníženiu objemu ručnej práce pri finalizácii výrobkov, čo sa prejaví v znížení časovej náročnosti jednotlivých pracovných operácií a vyústí ku zvyšovaniu produktivity práce.Uvedené zvýšenie produktivity práce sa prejaví v znížení časovej náročnosti na finalizáciu výrobkov o 30% (pokles zmennosti o 1 zmenu). The submitted project is focused on the innovation of the process of assembly and completion of final products of Bonfiglioli Slovakia s.r.o.. The installation of an innovative automated assembly and assembly line will make it possible to reduce the time of completion of the products by removing the intermediate times currently needed for the transfer of incomplete production between individual devices and also the need for transfers between technological devices when changing the product (different size or gearbox determination).In addition, there will be a significant reduction in the volume of manual work during the finalisation of the products, which will result in a reduction in the time intensity of individual work operations and result in an increase in labour productivity. This increase in labour productivity will result in a 30 % reduction in the time required to finalise the products (decrease of change by 1 change). (English)
