L'accompagnement "Itinéraire Emploi Renforcé" s'adresse aux personnes privées d'emploi ou considérées comme travailleurs pauvres qui nécessitent un accompagnement spécifique pour leur permettre d'accéder à une insertion professionnelle durable. Cet accompagnement est assuré par un référent de parcours qui construit avec le participant un parcours d'insertion professionnelle en s'appuyant sur des étapes/actions. Pour parvenir à ces finalités, notre action s'appuie sur une pédagogie différenciée et attractive, prenant en compte la spécificité de chaque participant, afin de permettre la construction d'un parcours individualisé visant, à terme, une insertion professionnelle. De plus, cette action s'appuie sur les interactions mises en œuvre entre les différents partenaires, afin de valoriser au mieux, une insertion socioprofessionnelle durable des participants. Celui-ci se situe sur de nombreux plans : emploi et formation (avec Pôle Emploi, organismes de formation, Maisons de l'emploi, agences intérimaires, SIAE, entreprises, mairies), administratif (avec les CLI, MDM, CCAS, CAF, Pôle Emploi, CIDFF, Trésor Public, …), aide sociale (pour le logement, l'accès à des activités socialisantes…), santé (MDPH, ANPAA, Planning familial, Ecole dentaire, ADAPT), enfance (crèches, relais d'assistantes maternelles, centres de loisirs), justice (associations relais, Maison de Justice et du Droit) et mobilité (Auto-école Sociale). Cette liste en non exhaustive car fonction des territoires. Une approche systémique de l'insertion professionnelle situe le participant au cœur de nos préoccupations. **_L'accompagnement vu par ELANTIEL_** : « position haute sur le cadre et position basse sur la relation » Position haute sur le cadre : les règles de fonctionnement de l'accompagnement des participants sont incontournables, cela permet de poser un cadre d’intervention non négociable. Position basse sur la relation : le participant est seul expert de sa vie et de l’orientation qu’il souhaite lui donner. Le référent est un facilitateur pour libérer la parole. Il repère les valeurs, le contexte personnel et fait émerger les ressources de chaque personne. Le référent et la personne accompagnée (le participant) interagissent dans une volonté de co-construction et de co-production. (French)

The “Enhanced Employment Route” is intended for those who are unemployed or considered to be working poor who require specific support to enable them to gain access to sustainable employment. This support is provided by a course referent who builds with the participant a career path based on stages/actions. In order to achieve these objectives, our action is based on a differentiated and attractive pedagogy, taking into account the specificity of each participant, in order to enable the construction of an individualised course aimed, in the long term, of professional integration. In addition, this action builds on the interactions implemented between the different partners, in order to maximise the value of the participants’ sustainable socio-professional integration. This one is located on many plans: employment and training (with Pôle Emploi, training organisations, employment houses, temporary agencies, SIAE, companies, town halls), administrative (with the CLI, MDM, CCAS, CAF, Pôle Emploi, CIDFF, Treasury, etc.), social assistance (for housing, access to social activities...), health (MDPH, ANPAA, Family Planning, Dental School, ADAPT), childhood (crèches, relays for kindergarten, leisure centres), justice (relay associations, Maison de Justice et du Droit) and mobility (social auto-school). This list is non-exhaustive because it depends on the territories. A systemic approach to occupational integration places the participant at the heart of our concerns. **_The accompaniment seen by ELANTIEL_**: “high position on the frame and low position on the relationship” High position on the frame: the operating rules for accompanying participants are essential, and this makes it possible to establish a non-negotiable framework for intervention. Low position on the relationship: the participant is the only expert in his or her life and the direction he wishes to give him. The referent is a facilitator to free speech. It identifies the values, the personal context and the resources of each person. The referent and the accompanying person (the participant) interact in a desire for co-construction and co-production.
