Ce projet vise à accompagner 35 femmes en recherche d'emploi sur différents secteurs du Bassin Houiller et de Sarreguemines. Lors du premier entretien, un accompagnement est proposé à partir d'objectifs fixés avec la personne . L'action présente une spécificité qui est une approche globale et individualisée des situations. L'itinéraire personnalisé d'insertion professionnel est élaboré avec la personne accompagnée. La mise en oeuvre est vérifiée à l'occasion d'entretiens individuels approfondis. Ces itinéraires comportent la construction d'un projet professionnel, l'accompagnement en cas d'accès direct à l'emploi , la recherche d'une formation et un appui social et juridique pour résoudre les difficultés personnelles. L'approche individualisée est un excellent moyen de favoriser le développement et la consolidation d'habitudes exigées par les employeurs telles que l'assiduité, la ponctualité, l'autonomie et la capacité d'initiative. Lors d'un suivi individualisé, les femmes font le point sur leur situation personnelle dans une perspective d'intégration au travail. La conseillère professionnelle à l'emploi se doit d'aider les personnes à la recherche d'un emploi pour qu'elles puissent acquérir les bonnes compétences car c'est un fort élément d'employabilité. This project aims to support 35 women in job search in different sectors of the Bassin Houiller and Sarreguemines. During the first interview, support is offered on the basis of objectives set with the person. The action has a specific nature which is a comprehensive and individualised approach to situations. The personalised itinerary of professional integration is developed with the accompanying person. Implementation is verified through in-depth individual interviews. These routes include the construction of a professional project, support in the event of direct access to employment, the search for training and social and legal support to solve personal difficulties. An individualised approach is an excellent way to foster the development and consolidation of habits demanded by employers such as attendance, punctuality, autonomy and leadership. In an individualised follow-up, women take stock of their personal situation from the perspective of integration into work. The job counsellor needs to help people looking for a job so that they can acquire the right skills because it is a strong element of employability. (English)
