Izazov učinkovitom i transparentnom upravljanju zaštićenim područjima RH predstavlja činjenica da njihove granice nisu prenesene na katastarske planove, što onemogućava evidentiranje zakonom predviđenih statusa i prava u službenim registrima (katastar i zemljišne knjige) kao ni predstavljanje transparentnih podataka o zaštićenim područjima široj javnosti. Provedbom projektnih aktivnosti izradit će se geodetsko-tehnička dokumentacija koja je neophodna za evidentiranje posebnog pravnog režima i preduvjet za upis prava prvokupa u službene registre unutar granica zaštićenih područja iz kategorije strogi rezervat, nacionalni park i park prirode te će se osigurati pristup informacijama i transparentnost podataka široj javnosti. The challenge of effective and transparent management of protected areas of the Republic of Croatia is the fact that their borders are not devolved to cadastral plans, which makes it impossible to record the status and rights provided by the official registers (cadastre and land register), nor to present transparent data on protected areas to the general public. The implementation of the project activities will provide geodetic technical documentation necessary to record a specific legal regime and a prerequisite for the registration of pre-emption rights in official registers within the boundaries of protected areas from the strict reserve, the national park and the nature park and will ensure access to information and transparency of data by the general public.
