Projekti käigus tehakse olemasolevate teadusuuringute põhjal kindlaks, kuidas teadaolevalt fleivitaju muutub põhjustatuna lennuki tingimustest, kas ja kuidas mõjutab tooteid modifitseeritud atmosfäär (eriti happeline CO2) ning mis võimalused on retsepte muutes tarbija maitseelamust parandada. Lisaks valmistatakse komplektid (eelroog, põhiroog, magustoit) uute retseptivariantidega. (Estonian)

The project will identify, on the basis of available scientific studies, how the plaice is known to change due to the conditions of the aircraft, whether and how the products are affected by the modified atmosphere (especially acid CO2), and what is the potential to improve the consumer’s taste experience by changing recipes. In addition, kits (beal, main dish, dessert) are prepared with new recipe options. (English)
