Juhtivast õpetajast ennastjuhtiva õpilaseni. Õpetaja peab olema hea juht õpilaste ja dirigent klassiruumis. Ta peab jõudma iga õpilaseni ja oskama koos õpilasega seada eesmärke, et õpilane saaks õppida võimetekohaselt. Hinne on tagasiside senise kohta kuid ei anna infot, mida teha paremini. Õpetaja peab õppima andma edasisidet, et laps teaks, kuidas jõuda enda jaoks parima õpitulemuseni. From a leading teacher to a self-leading student. The teacher must be a good leader for students and conductor in the classroom. He/she must reach every pupil and be able to set goals with the pupil so that the student can learn in a manner appropriate to his/her ability. The grade is feedback on the past but does not provide information on what to do better. The teacher must learn to communicate so that the child knows how to achieve the best learning outcome for himself. By integrating in-service training and the sharing of good practice between schools, teacher learning is versatile and effective. (English)
