Si l'opération se décompose en actions distinctes, citez leur intitulé et expliquez l'articulation entre ces actions pour la mise en œuvre de votre projet (le contenu des actions fera l'objet d'une fiche par action) L'opération proposée est conduite par deux Chargées de Relations Entreprises (CRE). Elle vise à soutenir l'action des référents de parcours en favorisant et facilitant la mise en emploi de leurs participants en lien avec les acteurs économiques locaux et dans un objectif de développement du nombre d'accès de ces participants à un emploi durable (plus de six mois de contrat de travail) et donc à une augmentation des sorties positives du PLIE. Les deux CRE ont les missions suivantes : \- _En direction de_ _s participants_ : * Prendre en charge les participants PLIE sur l'étape « Dynamique Emploi », dans le cadre d'un accompagnement de 3 mois renouvelables et les soutenir dans leur démarche de recherche active * Intervenir auprès de tous participants PLIE pour des activités ponctuelles d'information sur les métiers et les entreprises, de recrutement ou de sortie de structures d'insertion par l'activité économique __ _\- En direction des référents de parcours :_ * Contribuer à la veille économique ; * Faire connaitre les besoins des entreprises locales et contribuer ainsi à l'anticipation des besoins des compétences ; * Organiser des animations collectives ; * Proposer des visites et des immersions en entreprises. * Echanger par sites avec les chargés d'accompagnement Emploi sur les participants orientés sur l'étape emploi \- _En direction des entreprises:_ * Prospecter et fidéliser un réseau d'entreprises * Suivre et maintenir dans l'emploi * Organiser des animations et formations collectives en lien avec la demande d'emploi locale et en collaboration avec la chargée de mission gestion de projets du PLIE L'action des CRE doit ainsi permettre : * D'engager 80 étapes « Dynamique Emploi » d'un minimum de trois mois par an, renouvelable (40 par CRE en ETP). * De favoriser la mise en emploi de 60 participants par année civile (30 par CRE par ETP), dont 80 % en emplois durables, soit 48 * De contribuer au rapprochement de l'offre et de la demande sur le territoire de Nantes métropole et de favoriser ainsi la mise en adéquation entre les besoins en compétences des entreprises et le profil des participants tel que cela est porté par le MDE de la métropole nantaise et Pôle Emploi. L'intervention des CRE s'inscrit dans la stratégie entreprise portée sur le territoire par l'ATDEC et Nantes Métropole. Elle s'inscrit aussi dans un partenariat avec Pôle Emploi. Elle sera en outre conduite en lien étroit avec l'équipe d'animation du PLIE et se réalisera au travers de la mobilisation des partenaires économiques du territoire, la participation aux réunions CRE et certaines réunions CAE, forum emploi. The two RECs have the following tasks: \- _In the direction of _s participants_: * Take charge of PLIE participants on the “Dynamic Employment” stage, as part of a three-month renewable support and support them in their active research process * Intervene with all PLIE participants for ad hoc activities of information on trades and businesses, recruitment or exit of integration structures through economic activity __ _\- Directions for career guidance:_ * Contribute to the economic watch; * Raising awareness of the needs of local businesses and thus contributing to the anticipation of skills needs; * Organise collective events; * Offer business tours and immersions. * Exchange by site with supervisors Employment on job-stage-oriented participants \- _In the direction of companies:_ * Prospect and maintain a network of companies * Follow and maintain in employment * Organise collective activities and training related to the local job application and in collaboration with the PLIE project manager The action of the ERCs must thus enable: * To undertake 80 “Dynamic Employment” steps of a minimum of three months per year, renewable (40 per CRE in FTE). * To encourage the employment of 60 participants per calendar year (30 per CRE per FTE), of which 80 % are sustainable jobs, i.e. 48 * To contribute to the approximation of supply and demand in the territory of Nantes metropolis and thus to promote the alignment between the skills needs of companies and the profile of the participants as promoted by the MDE of the Nantes metropolis and Pôle Emploi. The intervention of the CRE is part of the strategy undertaken on the territory by Atdec and Nantes Métropole. It is also part of a partnership with Pôle Emploi. It will also be conducted in close connection with the PLIE animation team and will be carried out through the mobilisation of the economic partners of the territory, participation in CRE meetings and some CAE meetings, employment forum.
