48 jeunes pourront être accompagnés en individuel et en collectif sur une période de 24 mois. Les entrées se feront au fil de l’eau, en individuel. Les temps d'échange de situation en co-animation avec Cap Emploi seront intégrés dans l'accompagnement. Tout au long de l’année, nous proposerons aux jeunes des temps en collectif afin de les mobiliser autour de leur projet d’insertion, de les aider à développer leur autonomie et de mieux appréhender leur recherche d’emploi en lien avec leur situation de handicap. L'opération que nous proposons se décompose selon les actions suivantes: \- Accompagnement individuel \- Modules collectifs regroupés sur 4 demies journées pour 6 à 8 jeunes par module Séance 1 = Préparation au entretiens (aborder la question du libre choix de parler du handicap) Séance 2 = Faire le lien entre le projet et la situation de handicap Séance 3 = Rencontres/débats/visites entreprises Séance 4 = Bilan et élaboration/ou poursuite d’un plan d’action individuel En parallèle, un chargé de relation entreprises dédié à cette action, aura pour mission : \- de sensibiliser les entreprises au milieu du handicap \- de favoriser la médiation avec les jeunes \- de rechercher des stages et de lever des offres emploi \- d'assurer un suivi d'emploi \- d'être personne relais et soutien dans l'aménagement du poste en lien avec le handicap. 48 young people can be accompanied individually and collectively over a period of 24 months. The entrances will be made over the water, individually. The time for the situation exchange in co-animation with Cap Emploi will be integrated into the accompaniment. Throughout the year, we will offer young people collective time in order to mobilise them around their integration project, to help them develop their autonomy and to better understand their job search in relation to their disability situation. The operation we propose is broken down into the following actions: \- Individual support \- Collective modules grouped over 4 half days for 6 to 8 young people per module Session 1 = Preparation for interviews (to discuss the issue of free choice to talk about disability) Session 2 = Make the link between the project and the disability situation Session 3 = Meetings/debates/visits enterprises Session 4 = Assessment and elaboration/continuation of an individual action plan In parallel, a business relationship manager dedicated to this action, will be responsible for: \- educate businesses about disability \- promote mediation with young people \- look for internships and raise job offers \- ensure job tracking \- be a relay and support in the development of the job in relation to disability.
