Le travail engagé depuis 2016 sur l’évolution de la mission insertion vers et dans l’emploi devient opérationnel en 2018. Cette évolution des missions se caractérise par : \- un temps d’orientation approfondi : toutes les personnes entrant dans le dispositif RSA seront convoqués pour : **1)** **établir un bilan socio-professionnel** permettant un recueil de données dans l’outil de gestion SOLIS pour une meilleure connaissance des personnes accompagnées et une orientation mieux adaptée à ses besoins. **2) effectuer l’orientation :** * _une orientation sociale_ vers la Direction de l’Action Sociale de Proximité et/ou des partenaires conventionnés en cas de difficultés sociales nécessitant un accompagnement social avant d’engager un parcours d’insertion professionnelle * _une orientation emploi_ vers Pôle Emploi ou le référent insertion emploi (RIE) du Conseil Départemental ou d’autres partenaires conventionnés. **3) établir un premier contrat** dont le contenu devra être précis, factuel et évaluable \- un accompagnement renforcé : Les personnes orientées vers le référent insertion emploi (RIE) bénéficieront d’un accompagnement renforcé. Cet accompagnement renforcé d’une durée maximum d’un an, prévoit en moyenne un entretien mensuel. Il s’adresse à des personnes mobilisables rapidement dans une dynamique professionnelle. Il s’agira de mettre en œuvre toute mesure, ou action visant à l’intégration de la personne dans un parcours d’insertion professionnelle, dans un emploi ou une formation en s’appuyant sur un partenariat existant et à développer auprès de nouveaux acteurs. The work undertaken since 2016 on the evolution of the mission into and into employment becomes operational in 2018. This evolution of missions is characterised by: \- an in-depth orientation time: all persons entering the RSA scheme will be invited to: **1)** **to establish a socio-professional assessment** allowing data collection in the SOLIS management tool for a better knowledge of the accompanying persons and a better orientation to its needs. **2) direct:** * _a social orientation_ to the Directorate for Social Action of Proximity and/or to the partners agreed in the event of social difficulties requiring social support before embarking on a career path * _an employment orientation_ to the Employment Department or the Employment Integration Representative (RIE) of the Departmental Council or other agreed partners. **3) establish a first contract** the content of which must be precise, factual and evaluable \- enhanced support: People with a focus on employment integration (RIE) will benefit from enhanced support. This enhanced support for up to one year provides on average for a monthly interview. It is aimed at people who can be mobilised quickly in a professional dynamic. The aim will be to implement any measure, or action aimed at integrating the person into a career pathway, into a job or training based on an existing partnership and to develop with new players.
