L’objectif du dispositif d’emploi accompagné est de permettre un soutien des personnes handicapées et de leurs employeurs qui soit souple, adapté à leurs besoins, mobilisable à tout moment du parcours. Il s’agit d’assurer pour les personnes bénéficiaires un accompagnement médico- psycho-social et d’insertion professionnelle ayant pour but une insertion durable sur le marché du travail. Le dispositif est décliné en **4 modules** avec en amont une phase d'accueil préliminaire. **Module 1 - L'évaluation de la situation de la personne** qui vise à aider le bénéficiaire à se positionner au regard de son parcours, à recueillir les informations auprès des professionnels du champ de l'insertion et/ou médico- social, à poursuivre la constitution du PPAIP. **Module 2 - La détermination du projet professionnel** qui vise à déterminer un projet d'emploi en milieu ordinaire de travail réaliste, et permettant au bénéficiaire d'intégrer une situation de travail le plus rapidement possible. **Module 3 - L'assistance du bénéficiaire dans sa recherche d'emploi** qui vise à accompagner le bénéficiaire dans ses démarches de recherche d'emploi, selon ses besoins. **Module 4 - L’accompagnement dans l'emploi et la sécurisation du parcours professionnel** qui prend des formes différentes selon que le soutien s'organise dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre du contrat de travail, de l'intégration au poste, ou du suivi en emploi. The aim is to provide the beneficiaries with medical-psycho-social and occupational integration support with the aim of sustainable integration into the labour market.
