The aim of the project is to raise the key competences of 43 students (19 girls and 24 boys) in mathematics, science, ICT, languages and the right attitudes and skills needed in the labour market (sense of initiative, creativity, team work). The project also involves improving the skills and competences of 10 teachers for building the team, improving ICT skills and working methods, as well as parents and legal guardians of the students that will make the project more sustainable. This will be achieved, inter alia, through the provision of extracurricular activities in education in mathematics (e.g. workshops with day to day), language (e.g. theatrical representation in English), ICT (e.g. workshops with computer graphics) and in extra-curricular activities with creativity (e.g. fitness workshop) or innovation (e.g. workshop bushines star). Organise training for teachers during which they will improve their skills in modern working methods, including the use of ICT and study methods that guide students about their attitudes (creativity, innovation, team work). The project’s actions will also target parents for whom we organise a “Academy for Parents”. The project will run from 01.09.2018 to 30.09.2019. We want to convince the participants that everyone, like the Einstein, can be a genius and can be a success regardless of the place of residence. We hope that this awareness will lead to an increase in the educational aspirations of all participants in the project. (English)

(Polish)
