    Hankkeen tavoitteena on uusien, pitkäjänteisten asiakaspalvelukanavien luominen Euroopassa, USA:ssa ja Etelä-Koreassa ja uusien asiakkuushoitomallien kehittäminen. Uudet asiakaspalvelukanavat voivat olla joko välittäjiä, jakelijoita, asiakaspalvelukeskuksia tai ei-kilpailevia, toisiaan täydentäviä palveluyrityksiä tai muita yrityksiä, joilla on jo vahva jalansija paikallisilla markkinoilla. Asiakkaan näkökulmasta tavoitteena on luoda asiakkaalle enemmän arvoa suhteessa kilpailijoihin tai vaihtoehtoisten ratkaisujen antamaan arvoon. (Finnish)

    The aim of the project is to create new long-term customer service channels in Europe, the EU and South Korea and to develop new customer care models. New customer service channels can be either intermediaries, distributors, customer service centres or non-competitive, complementary service companies or other companies that already have a strong presence in the local market. From the customer’s point of view, the goal is to create more value for the customer in relation to competitors or the value of alternative solutions. (English)
