The aim of the project is to enable representatives of the target group to familiarise themselves with the various forms of social entrepreneurship and, by means of encouraging examples, to create 1-2 social enterprises in the region. Hankkeen tavoitteena on mahdollistaa kohderyhmän edustajien tutustuminen erilaisiin yhteiskunnallisen yrittäjyyden muotoihin, ja kannustavien esimerkkien avulla saada alueelle syntymään 1-2 yhteiskunnallista yritystä. Hankkeen aikana aiotaan saada kehittymään useampia yhteisötaloja, jotka kykenevät tarjoamaan harjoittelu- sekä vapaaehtoistyöpaikkoja, töitä ja mahdollisuuksia itsensä työllistämiseen. Kansainvälinen yhteistyö tuo toiminnalle huomattavasti lisäarvoa, koska yhteiskunnallinen yrittäjyys on vahvaa erityisesti kumppani St Munchins'in edustamassa Irlannissa, ja yhteisötalojen kehittäminen taas pitkällä kumppanimaa Virossa. Toimenpiteet on eritelty kohderyhmien mukaan seuraavasti ja kohderyhmittäin on myös kirjattu tuloksetNuoret•käydään kertomassa yhteisötaloista sekä yhteiskunnallisesta yrittäjyydestä oppilaitoksissa sekä kumppanuuspöydässä mukana olevien toimijoiden nuorille - tuloksenanuoret näkevät yhteiskunnallisen yrittäjyyden yhtenä työllistymisväylänä•järjestetään vuosittain kaksi tapahtumaa, missä nuorten on mahdollista tavata niin suomalaisia kuin kansainvälisiä yhteisötalojen/yhteiskunnallisten yritysten edustajia - tuloksenakynnys hakeutua vaihtojaksolle madaltuu, kun nuoret tapaavat ’isäntätahon’ edustajan etukäteen•ideoidaan yhdessä nuorten kanssa toimintaa ja palveluja kumppanuuspöydässä olevien toimijoiden yhteisötaloille - tuloksenataloille syntyy toimintaa, mikä kiinnostaa nuoria tai minkä puitteissa nuoret voivat työllistää itsensä•mahdollistetaan yhteensä 30 nuoren vapaaehtoistyön jaksot Suomessa, Virossa tai Irlannissa, kullekin sopivimmassa paikassa - tuloksenanuoret saavat itseluottamusta ja kokemusta kansainvälisestä vapaaehtoistyöstä, sekä meriitin ansioluetteloonsa•otetaan muutama nuori mukaan Leader Sepran kaupunkijaoston toimintaan - tuloksenanuoret pääsevät kokemaan olevansa osa pitkäjänteistä oman alueen kansalaistoimijalähtöistä kehittämistyötä ja kykenevänsä vaikuttamaan oman alueensa asioihinKumppanuuspöytätoimijat•esitellään kansainvälisten kumppanien toimintaa kumppanuuspöydässä oleville toimijoille - tuloksenapaikalliset toimijat saavat erilaisia ja uusia ideoita, sekä mahdollisuuden keskustella ideoistaan •käydään kumppanuuspöydässä mukana olevien toimijoiden kanssa läpi heidän oman toimintansa kehittämistä kohti yhteiskunnallista yritystä - tuloksenanämä rohkaistuvat ottamaan askeleen kohti yrittäjyysmäisempää toimintaa•lisätään toimijoiden valmiuksia tuottaa palveluja ja toimia mahdollistamalla 15 edustajalle vapaaehtoistyön jaksot Suomessa, Virossa tai Irlannissa, kullekin sopivimmassa paikassa - tuloksenamahdollisuus kokea erilaisia tapoja tehdä työtä yhteiskunnallisen yrittäjyyden parissa, sekä siirtää hyviä ideoita sekä käytäntöjä omalle alueelle* sitoutetaan Kotkan kaupunkijaosto aktiivisesti seuraamaan ja tukemaan hankkeen toiminnan toteutusta - tuloksenajaoston jäsenet näkevät kansainvälisen yhteistyön arvon kansalaistoimijalähtöisessä kehittämisessä (Finnish)
