The aim of the project is to acquire 20 pupils/nothing (10K, 10M) from the profession of tourist accommodation and catering services from the event of the Regional School of Malinov by obtaining qualifications and practical skills as a result of completing support in the form of inspectors, courses/training and placement with employers in the period of September 2019 to September 2020. implementation of the project is expected to increase the employability of project participants by acquiring and validating skills and practical skills and applying them in practice at the Employer. Activities make it possible to increase the employability of school students, in particular by improving the quality of vocational training. The project contributes to strengthening the link between the vocational education and training system and the labour market and the increase in the quality of the training system to improve the employability of school students. The project follows the objectives of MODEL 1 (a) to complete the student’s diagnosis with a view to the completion of his/her skills, competence and acquisition of professional qualifications and of soft competences to facilitate entry into the labour market/to continue to be taught for a professional traineeship and courses/training (if applicable), taking into account the individual needs for development and education as well as the physical and educational opportunities of the students and students covered by support (b) the implementation of traineeships for students under actual working conditions. The model has been further extended to include equipping pupils with additional skills, competences and professional qualifications and soft competences to be obtained during courses/training linked to the education profile, selected with the participation of employers and preceded by a diagnosis of the student.     Celem projektu jest nabycie kompetencji pracowniczych u 20 uczniów/nic (10K,10M) z kierunku T.hotelarstwa oraz T.żywienia i usług gastronomicznych z Zespołu Szkół im. E.Biedrawiny Sukertowej w Malinowie poprzez uzyskanie kwalifikacji i umiejętności praktycznych w wyniku ukończenia formy wsparcia w postaci diagbizy, kursów/szkoleń i odbycia staży u pracodawców w okresie wrze2019-wrze2020 r. Realizacja projektu ma przełożyć się na wzrost zatrudnialności uczestników projektu poprzez nabycie oraz potwierdzenie kwalifikacji i umiejętności praktycznych i zastosowanie ich w praktyce u Pracodawcy. Działania pozwalają na zwiększenie zatrudnialności uczniów szkoły prowadzącej kształcenie zawodowe, w szczególności poprzez poprawę jakości kształcenia zawodowego. Projekt przyczynia się do wzmocnienia powiązania systemu kształcenia i szkolenia zawodowego z rynkiem pracy oraz wzrostu jakości systemu szkoleń służącego zwiększeniu zdolności do zatrudnienia uczniów placówek kształcenia zawodowego. Projekt realizuje założenia MODEL 1. a) zdiagnozowanie ucznia/słuchacza pod kątem uzupełnienia jego umiejętności, kompetencji i uzyskiwania kwalifikacji zawodowych oraz kompetencji miękkich ułatwiających wejście na rynek pracy/kontynuację nauki w celu skierowania go na staż zawodowy oraz kursy/szkolenia (o ile dotyczy), z uwzględnieniem indywidualnych potrzeb rozwojowych i edukacyjnych oraz możliwości psychofizycznych uczniów i słuchaczy objętych wsparciem b) realizacja staży zawodowych dla uczniów/słuchaczy w rzeczywistych warunkach pracy. Model został dodatkowo rozszerzony o wsparcie w postaci wyposażenie uczniów w dodatkowe umiejętności, kompetencje i kwalifikacje zawodowe oraz w miękkie kompetencje pracownicze, które zostaną uzyskane w trakcie kursów/szkoleń powiązanych z profilem kształcenia, wybranych przy udziale pracodawców i poprzedzonych diagnozą ucznia (Polish)
