Das Ziel des HK PLuS ist der direkte Übergang der am Projekt teilnehmenden Jugendlichen von der Schule in eine „schulische oder berufliche Bildung“. Dieses kann eine betriebliche/ überbetriebliche Ausbildung, eine schulische Ausbildung, ein Ausbildungsvorbereitendes Jahr, eine Berufsfachschule oder ein weiterer Verbleib in der allgemeinbildenden Schule sein. Die Ausbildungs- und Beschäftigungsfähigkeit der Schülerinnen und Schüler der festgelegten Zielgruppen im HK PLuS (s. ergänzende Förderkriterien vom 29.10.2014) soll entsprechend durch die Teilnahme am Projekt gefördert werden. Zusätzlich zur Verbesserung der beruflichen Orientierung, soll die Zahl der Schülerinnen und Schüler ohne Ersten allgemeinbildenden Schulabschluss weiterhin deutlich verringert werden. (German)

This can be an in-house/intercompany training, a school education, a pre-training year, a vocational school or a further stay in the general school. The training and employability of the pupils of the defined target groups in the HK PLuS (see additional eligibility criteria of 29.10.2014) should be supported accordingly by participating in the project. In addition to improving professional orientation, the number of pupils without a first general education qualification will continue to be significantly reduced. (English)
