The basic objective of the activities of the Quartierbüro is to create, in accordance with the GIHK, a transparent, open, negligible and demand-based supply structure in the area, which contributes to the reduction of social hurdles through the activation and qualification of the inhabitants. By creating a network between the population, local actors and businesses, the Quartiers Office should take into account its coordination role. Among other things, the aim is to build a long-term basis of trust between the office staff and the residents of the assisted area, so that the number of participants continues to grow as a result of the resulting word of mouth. Grundlegendes Ziel der Tätigkeit des Quartierbüros ist es, entsprechend dem GIHK eine transparente, offene, nied-rigschwellige sowie bedarfsgerechte Angebotsstruktur im Gebiet zu schaffen, die zum Abbau sozialer Hürden durch Aktivierung und Qualifizierung der Bewohnerschaft beiträgt. Mit der Schaffung eines Netzwerkes zwischen Bevölkerung, lokalen Akteuren und Wirtschaftsbetrieben, soll das Quartiersbüro dabei seiner Koordinierungsfunktion Rechnung tragen. Somit soll unter anderem eine langfristige Vertrauensbasis zwischen den Büromitarbeiterinnen und den Be-wohnern des Fördergebietes aufgebaut werden, sodass die Teilnehmerzahlen durch die entstehende Mundpropaganda weiterhin wächst. Ziel dabei ist es das Projektbüro fest im Stadtgebiet zu etablieren, da genügend Hilfebedürftige Be-wohner in diesem Stadtteil wohnen. (German)
