Przedmiotem projektu jest modernizacja energetyczna budynków użyteczności publicznej w Mieście Ustroń. W związku z planowanym przedsięwzięciem termomodernizacyjnym przewiduje się zmniejszenie zapotrzebowania na energię cieplną oraz elektryczną w wyniku modernizacji energetycznej obiektów wraz z modernizacją instalacji CO, CWU oraz z zamontowaniem instalacji OZE. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej ww. budynków poprzez ograniczenie zapotrzebowania na energię cieplną i elektryczną oraz poprawa jakości powietrza atmosferycznego w mieście poprzez obniżenie emisji gazów cieplarnianych do atmosfery. Budynki objęte termomodernizacją: - Szkoła Podstawowa nr 5, - Szkoła Podstawowa nr 1, - Żłobek Miejski w Ustroniu, - Przedszkole Publiczne nr 1, - Przedszkole publiczne nr 7, - Miejski Dom Spokojnej Starości w Ustroniu.
