It is scheduled to take place on 2 months. All of them will benefit from advice, counselling and psychological counselling, and they will receive IPDs. To be added to the training stage — to be replaced by the following: The 8 UP (6 grant) and 8UP will be selected to take part in the course and traineeship with a view to raising the current quayside or re-training. The support has been adapted to the needs of the UP. The training phase prior to the grant application shall consist of the “ABC of entrepreneurship” group training and individual advisory sessions. 6 applications will be submitted to the Council and the bridge for 6 months, with a possible extension of 6 months (for 4 persons). The UP is required to keep the DG for a period of 12 months from the date of fact. DG. Companies will be monitored and controlled by them. The durability of proj will be preserved. Celem głów. proj. jest poprawa sytuacji na rynku pracy 16 os.(8K, 8M) w wieku aktywności zaw. przewidzianych do zwolnienia, zagrożonych zwolnieniem z pracy lub zwolnionych z przyczyn niedotyczących pracownika (w okresie nie dłuższym niż 6 m-cy przed dniem przyst. do proj.) w wyniku procesów restruktur., adaptac. i moderniz. przedsięb. zamiesz. pow. człuchowski i pow. chojnicki w zakr. zakładania i prowadzenia nowych podmiotów DG lub podniesienia kwal. zaw. w okresie 01.10.2017-31.12.2019. Projekt skierowany do 16 osób (8K, 8M) w wieku aktywności zaw. - 3 osób zatrud. i 13 osoby bez zatrud. (bezrob., bierni zaw.). Gr.doc. w proj. w min. 80% stanowią osoby 50 lat i więcej, ON, osoby o niskich kwal. zaw., kobiety. Rezultat gł.: Liczba osób, które po opuszczeniu programu podjęły pracę lub kontynuowały zatrud. / min. 9 osób (na 16 UP). Zaplanowano: -ŚCIEŻKĘ DOTACYJNĄ; -ŚCIEŻKĘ PODNOSZENIA KWAL. ZAW. W ścieżce dotacyjnej udział mogą wziąć osoby zwolnione lub przewidziane do zwol. z przyczyn dot. zakładu pracy, które należą do co najmniej jednej z grup: ON, osoby 50+, kobiety, os. o niskich kwal. Rekr. do proj. trwa przez 2 m-ce. Wszyscy skorzystają z doradztwa zaw., pośred. psychol. oraz otrzymają IPD. Do etapu szkol-dorad. na rozp. DG zakwalifikowanych zostanie 8UP (6 otrzyma dotację) oraz 8UP weźmie udział w kursie zaw. oraz stażu w celu podniesienia obecnych kwal. lub przekwalifikowania zaw. Wsparcie ma char. kompleks. dostos. do potrzeb UP. Etap szkol-doradczy przed złożeniem wniosku o przyznanie dotacji składa się z grupowych szkoleń "ABC przedsiębiorczości" oraz indywidualnych sesji doradczych. 6 wniosków otrzyma dof. oraz fin. wsparcie pomostowe przez 6 m-cy z możliwością przedłużenia o kolejne 6 m-cy (dla 4 os.). UP zobowiązany jest prowadzić DG min. przez 12 m-cy od dnia fakt. rozp. DG. Firmy będą przez W. monitorowane i kontrolowane. Zostanie zachowana trwałość proj.
