    Mit der Beteiligung am Teilnahmewettbewerb zu Vorhaben der Berufsorientierung (BO) wollen wir für Schülerinnen und Schüler zweier Oberschulen der Klassenstufe 8 des Vogtlandkreises mit höchstens 100 Teilnehmenden ein Vorhaben zur vertieften praxisorientierten Berufsorientierung einreichen. Die Umsetzung stützt sich auf das bewährte seit bereits 8 Jahren durchgeführte Konzept "Berufe schnuppern- Praxistage für Mittelschüler". Kernpunkt ist die realitätsnahe Qualität der Berufsfelderprobung in Verbindung mit einer individuellen Auswertung und Nachbereitung des Berufsorientierungsprozesses. Das Vorhaben wird dem obligatorischen Schülerpraktika vorgelagert und zielt bewusst auf das individuelle Potential des Schüler/innen ab. Das Vorhaben umfasst neben der fachpraktischen Erprobung Berufsfeldinformatioen Interssenerkundung, Strategien zur Berufswahl, Refelxion von Eignung, Neigungen und Fähigkeiten zur verbesserten Selbsteinschätzung und Realisierungsstrategien zum Berufseinstieg.
