Das Projekt KOMPETENZ-ENTWICKLUNG im KONTEXT SCHULE bietet ein individuelles Kompetenz-Training zur Förderung und Entwicklung sozialer Schlüsselkompetenzen und Lernmotivation für Schüler an. Zielgruppe sind 32 Schüler der Friedrich-Adolf-Wilhelm-Diesterweg-Oberschule und des Johann-Wolfgang-von-Goethe-Gymnasiums ab Klasse 6 mit erhöhtem sozialpädagogischem Unterstützungsbedarf. Mit der Begleitung durch das 2. Schulhalbjahr soll zur Sicherung des Schulerfolges, zur Vermeidung von Schulabbrüchen Einzelner und zur Verbesserung des Lehr- und Lernklimas beigetragen werden. Basis und methodische Grundidee des Kompetenz-Trainings ist Ben Furmans lösungsorientiertes Programm „Ich schaff’s!“. Die Entwicklung einer möglichst konkreten Fähigkeit (Kompetenzen) wird in den Mittelpunkt eines individuellen Trainings gestellt. Durch die Fokussierung auf ein überschaubares, praktisches Ziel und die intensive Motivations- bzw. Identifikationsarbeit werden die Erfolgschancen des Trainings erhöht. (German)
