The action is aimed at a public in great difficulty in terms of social and occupational integration. Lack of self-confidence and self-reflection are behaviours that make it difficult for these audiences to enter into full-time collective action (training or employment). The proposed action builds on the theatre workshop and in particular on the final event to enable participants to work on a project dynamic throughout the action. This dynamic project gives material to people breaking up socialising activity, to mobilise individually and collectively over a period of 19 weeks. Two separate groups will work on the same modalities. Over a 1st period of 19 weeks each group will live **a period of federation of 2 weeks** The group finds itself around the Professional Insertion Advisor over 1.5 days. The first day to get to know and choose a destination for visits for the following week. The idea is to start a collective work while getting to know each other. **a 12-week period of creation** Each beneficiary will be required to make themselves available at various weekly workshops: * 1 day — theatre workshops * 1 day — project workshop “Speaking collectively to assert yourself personally” could be the leitmotiv of the action. Supporting a process using both elements of behavioural pedagogy and cognitive pedagogy, theatre is used as a vehicle for meeting; meet oneself and meet others. The theatre activity will end with the public performance of a play co-written by the group with an actress who will accompany the group throughout the action. Basic skills 1 (Communiquer en français) and 4 (Working within the framework of defined rules of teamwork). Core competencies are now defined and organised in the common core of professional knowledge and skills. They are worked transversely throughout the duration of the action. The project workshop allows you to work on several axes: * Knowledge of the environment with visits to cultural and socio-economic sites. * Cultural outing, type theatre performance. * Feedback on texts, memorisation exercise. * Work on communication related to the event (posters, flyers, distribution, invitations,...) In parallel with these workshops, the beneficiaries continue to be followed by their PLIE adviser on the integration objectives they have set themselves. The coordinator of the action and the PLIE advisers remain during the duration of the linked action in order to adapt their actions to the difficulties encountered by the participants as the action is taken. The PLIE advisers may have to set up other workshops complementary to the action in the beneficiaries’ journey, such as self-esteem workshops. **A performance period and balance sheet of 5 weeks** The group during the entire period of creation creates a show that will be shown at the end of the action. This event will be a piece written by the group with the actress in charge of the theatrical expression workshop and the reference of the action that will participate with the group in each workshop. This final period is divided into several times: * End of last text setting and staging * Filage, general rehearsal — On this week the number of days of theatre is doubled. * Representation and balance sheet — A review of the action is planned with the reference points of the PLIE following the representation. * Feedback on experience — This period is over the two weeks following the performance and the balance sheet. The group finds itself one day a week around the Insertion Advisor and is working on the identification of individual skills acquired during the action to formalise this work in a portfolio of competence.
