It targets a public away from the labour market and experiencing significant social difficulties. The recruitment of participants prioritises the applicants’ projects and their abilities or their needs to achieve them. **The project is structured around two components:** **-management of employees by a technician who organises the work, follows the employees on the sites, provides them with know-how and determines the training needs for access to employment, **-the socio-professional support provided by a 12-hour/week service provider on the site of the site. The accompanying person conducts individual interviews to determine the needs and the brakes for returning to employment. It also organises collective training and collective actions with partners. PMSMPs are proposed.** The support provided by the site mobilises different players in the social field and employment with highlights: 4 support groups in the year + an annual steering committee.
