The Training Centre offers courses in French at the rate of 5 days a week, in the direction of 20 to 30 groups of 12 different levels. The different stages of the scheme: * Reception of the learner and presentation of the training * Registration for courses with an initial evaluation * Integration into the level group corresponding to the evaluation (regular evaluations allow validation of achievements and access to another level group) * Establishment of courses adapted to the levels, including oral and written * If necessary, set up specific courses around the passage of the road code * Organisation of socio-cultural activities * Issuance of a training certificate, upon request The proposed system provides an appropriate response to each: * free and free access for all audiences * a device promoting access to training or employment: permanent entries/outputs * workshops in small level groups, formed according to the language acquired, thus taking into account the pace of learning and the constraints specific to each learner and to propose a response adapted to each one * of individual and collective work in a participatory approach: the trainee is an actor in his learning * diverse, complementary and playful teaching materials based on daily activities The proposed pedagogy offers a flexible framework and promotes a strong dynamic of social ties. Le Centre de Formation propose des cours de français à raison de 5 jours par semaine, en direction de 20 à 30 groupes de 12 niveaux différents. Les différentes étapes du dispositif : * Accueil de l'apprenant et présentation de la formation * Inscription aux cours avec une évaluation initiale * Intégration au groupe de niveau correspondant à l'évaluation (des évaluations régulières permettent de valider des acquis et d'accéder à un autre groupe de niveau) * Mise en place de cours adaptés suivant les niveaux, comprenant de l'oral et de l'écrit * Si nécessaire, mise en place de cours spécifiques autour du passage du code de la route * Organisation d'activités socio-culturelles * Délivrance d'une attestation de formation, sur demande Le dispositif proposé permet d'apporter une réponse adaptée à chacun : * un accès libre et gratuit pour tous les publics * un dispositif favorisant l'accès à la formation ou à l'emploi : entrées/sorties permanentes * des ateliers par petits groupes de niveau, constitués en fonction des acquis linguistiques, prenant ainsi en compte le rythme d'apprentissage et les contraintes propres à chaque apprenant et de proposer une réponse adaptée à chacun * du travail individuel et collectif dans une démarche participative : le stagiaire est acteur de son apprentissage * des supports pédagogiques diversifiés, complémentaires et ludiques basés sur des actes quotidiens La pédagogie proposée offre un cadre souple et favorise une forte dynamique de lien social.
