Les partenaires sociaux de la Martinique, à travers leur engagement ont placé la Martinique à l’avant garde de l’innovation sociale. Ils entendent sur la période, conforter leur avance et continuer à doter le territoire d’outils, et de ressources pour mieux prévenir les conflits sociaux, maintenir la stabilité sociale dans les entreprises, développer les compétences des acteurs, et réguler les conflits. L’Aract Martinique a toujours joué un rôle dans l’appui au dialogue social dans les entreprises, au niveau des branches (conventions collectives et accords locaux) et aussi au niveau territorial (structuration des outils, suivi de l’évolution du cadre réglementaire, accords territoriaux…). Il s'agit aujourd'hui de faire reconnaître, par ses actions, l'Aract, comme étant leur espace ressource et d’appui sur le dialogue social pour : * la conception et le développement des innovations ; * la promotion d’une vision du dialogue social basée sur la recherche de la satisfaction des intérêts communs, économiques et sociaux ; * l’optimisation des organisations de travail comme levier de progrès social et de performance ; * Améliorer les relations sociales dans les entreprises . They aim over the period, strengthen their lead and continue to provide the territory with tools and resources to better prevent social conflicts, maintain social stability in companies, develop the skills of actors, and regulate conflicts. The Martinique Aract has always played a role in supporting social dialogue in companies, at branch level (collective agreements and local agreements) and also at territorial level (structuring tools, monitoring the evolution of the regulatory framework, territorial agreements, etc.). Today, the aim is to make the Arcact recognised by its actions as their resource and support space for social dialogue to: * the design and development of innovations; * the promotion of a vision of social dialogue based on the quest to satisfy common, economic and social interests; * optimisation of work organisations as a lever for social progress and performance; * Improve social relations in companies.
