L'opération Assistance technique consiste à : \- assurer l'information auprès des bénéficiaires externes potentiels : réunions auprès des acteurs de l'insertion et des partenaires, \- assurer la gestion et le suivi des dossiers des opérateurs extérieurs : * suivi de l'ensemble des étapes de procédures conformément à la piste d'audit et aux guides de procédures, * aide au montage des dossiers de demande de financement auprès des organismes, * instruction des demandes de financement, * préparation des dossiers en vue de leur transmission à l'Autorité de gestion et au passage Commission FSE et Commission permanente, * élaboration des conventions, * visite sur place en cours de réalisation des opérations, * contrôle de service fait des bilans intermédiaires et finaux, * suivi des paiements de la partie départementale et FSE. Ces missions ne sont pas exhaustives.
