ASAC implements individualised and strengthened career paths towards employment with each person registered with the association, in a holistic approach to the individual. A reference person is identified. The device is continuously in/out. These are at the same time: \- to conclude a reciprocal commitment to an integration approach in the framework of a project co-built with the jobseeker; \- to identify the obstacles to the implementation of the project and to seek solutions to reduce them, in particular by intervening on the fragility associated with situations of exclusion; \- to use the work situation in this perspective; \- mobilise a set of partners around this project. _**Methodology:**_ The definition of explicitly specified objectives and deadlines should allow each beneficiary to follow a marked return to employment pathway, taking into account local economic realities and their specificities. At the same time, ASAC is developing a partnership with employers who are able to provide technical guidance tailored to their situation, in order to optimise the job placement function. In addition, ASAC relies on tools developed internally to support the individual in achieving their professional goals. To this end, an accompaniment is built around individual interviews and collective workshops (e.g. Workshop preparation professional interviews, internet workshop, CV workshop and cover letter.). _**Stages of realisation:**_ The support function consists of three phases which correspond to intervention times that have been phased throughout the delivery: \- an upstream phase, involving pre-employment functions and actions (estimated duration of two months) \- a phase taking place during the provision (estimated duration of four months) \- an output phase of the IA (estimated duration of two months) **_Duration_**: The course is personalised. Its duration may therefore vary depending on the objectives of the beneficiary and the obstacles to employment to be lifted. The three phases of support (described above) cover a period of about eight months and represent an estimated volume of work, on average, at 19 hours per person accompanied. _**Partners**_: This support promotes the coherence of public policies of active inclusion, through partnerships with the State, local and regional authorities, bodies, institutions and professions involved in the field of integration in the territory: La DIRECCTE, the Departmental Local Mission, Employment Department, Cap Emploi, Maison Commune Emploi Formation, Club FACE Aveyron... As part of its local partnership development, ASAC met with CARSAT’s social service in September 2017 and is planning a meeting with the Aveyron MDPH. Through these meetings, ASAC seeks to strengthen its presence with employment actors and to improve its actions with job seekers with disabilities. (English) | |||||||||||||||

(French)
