Built in the late 1980s, this school group is characterised by a total lack of insulation of buildings, non-watertight single glazing joinery, non-insulated roller shutters and directly related to the exterior and lack of ventilation. The municipality has therefore decided to carry out an important operation to improve the energy performance of this group and school restaurant in order to reduce its energy loads and improve the comfort of users. La commune de VIVY s’est engagée dans l’amélioration du groupe scolaire et restaurant scolaire communal « La Vétusienne », dans le cadre de la rénovation énergétique de son patrimoine communal, lors de l’appel à candidatures des Investissements Territoriaux Intégrés (ITI) déposé par Saumur Val de Loire. Cet équipement d’une surface totale de 1 338 m² est composé d’une école maternelle, d’une école primaire et d’un restaurant scolaire communal. Construit à la fin des années 1980, ce groupe scolaire se caractérise par une absence totale d’isolation des bâtiments, des menuiseries simple vitrage non étanches, des coffrets de volets roulants non isolés et en lien direct avec l’extérieur et l’absence de ventilation. La commune a donc décidé de procéder à une importante opération d’amélioration de la performance énergétique de ce groupe et restaurant scolaire pour en réduire les charges énergétiques et améliorer le confort des usagers. Sensibilisée par le PNR Loire Anjou Touraine, la commune a acté que les isolants et bardage seront d’origine bio-sourcés. (French)
