The project concerns the residents of the Bocheński District at risk of poverty or social exclusion and is aimed at active inclusion of 70 people. The recipients of the planned active inclusion activities are in a very difficult situation, such as inactive people, people with disabilities and disabilities, are minors deprived of care and upbringing within the family, experienced restrictions, failures or defectiveness. They need professional support, so that they can regain hope, increase their impact on their lives, take more responsibility, make real life goals, improve and strengthen their employability in 2016-19. The success of the project depends on customer cooperation with professionals who can assist them effectively. The project risks primarily concern the area of commitment and self-determination of social assistance customers, their right to choose and to change their own social and professional positions. Therefore, the applicant will seek to carry out a fair analysis of the individual customer experience, the needs and potential of project participants, offer comprehensive support, encourage clients to interact in solving problems, individualise support, integrate the various instruments and specialists into their activities and carry out social work. The applicant has the organisational and human resources and experience that will be used to implement the planned active inclusion activities. The project was developed by the PVC staff team in Bochnia, based on the knowledge, skills and 15 years of professional experience of their members, including a 10-year experience in project teams and in the agreement with the CPPR customers, i.e. the intended recipients of the activities. Ryzyko projektu dotyczy przede wszystkim obszaru zaangażowania i samostanowienia klientów pomocy społecznej, ich prawa wyboru i zmiany decyzji o własnej sytuacji społeczno - zawodowej. Dlatego wnioskodawca dołoży starań, by rzetelnie przeprowadzić analizę indywidualnych doświadczeń klientów, potrzeb i potencjałów uczestników projektu, zaoferuje kompleksowe wsparcie, będzie zachęcać klientów do współdziałania w rozwiązywaniu problemów, indywidualizować wsparcie, włączy do działań zespół różnych instrumentów i specjalistów oraz będzie prowadzić pracę socjalną.
