    Le projet global vise à reconvertir deux friches industrielles situées dans le quartier Daval-Saulcy de Cornimont et à réaménager le quartier limitrophe, dans une démarche de labellisation EcoQuartier. Situé au coeur de la commune, cet espace de 1,6 ha est fortement dégradé et nécessite une réhabilitation qui se déroule en plusieurs tranches : - Réaménagement urbain desservant le collège, Daval et Saulcy (tranche 1) - Réaménagement du Vieux Daval et du quartier de la place du Plaid (tranche 2). - Construction d’une Maison de santé pluriprofessionnelle (tranche 3). Ce projet repose sur plusieurs axes : programme d'habitat, programme de services, programme d'aménagement des espaces publics, programme de circulation/voirie. La commune s’est engagée dans la démarche de labellisation nationale "EcoQuartier" 2016 (label étape 2 obtenu fin 2016). Cette réhabilitation comprend la viabilisation d’un terrain destiné à la construction de 19 logements, dont 6 logements sociaux réalisés par le bailleur social Vosgelis et 4 logements équipés pour les personnes âgées ou à mobilité réduite. En parallèle de cette action de densification de l’habitat, la commune met en œuvre des travaux de réaménagement des espaces publics. (French)
