(French)

SAREMM is currently developing the project for the development of the Amphitheatre ZAC in Metz on an area of 38 hectares. The urban planning master plan approved by the municipal council in March 1999 affirmed the division of the Amphitheatre district into two major spaces, one mainly organising the building and its various functions, the other being a large urban park of 30 hectares at the scale of the agglomeration, constituting a great breath in the urban space and a major ecological corridor where the Seille must reappear. These two elements are essentially linked by new cross-sectional pathways. (English)
