Die Jugendwerkstatt "Spurwechsel 2016" ist für 13 junge Menschen mit sozialen Benachteiligungen und individuellen Beeinträchtigungen im Alter von 15 bis 27 Jahren geplant. Sie beinhaltet die Tätigkeitsfelder der Metallbearbeitung sowie der Fahrradreparatur und -montage. Mit der gleichzeitigen gemeinsamen Bewältigung ihrer individuellen Probleme erhalten die Jugendlichen oft erstmals die Chance für eine Zukunftsperspektive auf dem Ausbildungs- und Arbeitsmarkt. Die Teilnehmer/-innen erwerben durch die praxisorientierte Arbeit in der Jugendwerkstatt gute Voraussetzungen zur Aufnahme einer Ausbildung bzw. Berufsvorbereitung auf dem Gebiet der Metallbearbeitung. Auch die Entwicklung von Schlüsselqualifikationen durch entsprechende Tagesstrukturierung und zunehmende Leistungsanforderungen sowie die Befähigung zur selbständigen und eigenverantwortlichen Alltagsbewältigung sind Schwerpunkte der Projektumsetzung (German)

The youth workshop “Spurwechsel 2016” is planned for 13 young people with social disadvantages and individual impairments between the ages of 15 and 27. It covers the fields of metalworking as well as bicycle repair and assembly. With the simultaneous joint management of their individual problems, young people often get the opportunity for a future perspective on the training and labour market for the first time. Through their practical work in the youth workshop, the participants acquire good conditions for starting a training or vocational preparation in the field of metalworking. The development of key qualifications through corresponding daily structuring and increasing performance requirements as well as the ability to independently and independently manage everyday life are also the focus of project implementation (English)
