Übergreifende Ziele des Vorhabens liegen darin, das verfügbare Arbeitskräftepotential von Arbeitslosen und Langzeitarbeitslosen umfassend zu erschließen und das Qualifikationsniveau von Arbeitslosen zu erhöhen, um damit die Voraussetzungen zu schaffen, diese Personen in den ersten Arbeitsmarkt zu integrieren. Das Projekt leistet somit auch einen Beitrag zur Bewältigung des demographisch bedingten Arbeits- und Fachkräftebedarfs und zur Verringerung der Langzeitarbeitslosigkeit im Vogtland. Es unterstützt die chancengleiche Teilhabe von Frauen und Männern auf dem Arbeitsmarkt und fördert die soziale Integration von Langzeitarbeitslosen. Die Teilnehmer sind vor Eintritt in das Projekt langzeitarbeitslos (§ 18 SGB III), in begründeten Fällen auch arbeitslos (§ 16 SGB III, zum Beispiel bei individuellen Erwerbsbiographien mit häufig wechselnden Zeiten von Arbeitslosigkeit und Arbeitsfördermaßnahmen). An der Maßnahme nehmen 12 Teilnehmer teil, die vorwiegend in den Räumlichkeiten des bsw in Plauen qualifiziert und betreut werden. Das Projekt wird am 25.07.2016 bzw. 26.07.2016 mit der Übergabe der Teilnehmerunterlagen starten. Das Projektende ist am 27.10.2017. (German)

The overall objectives of the project are to fully exploit the available labour force potential of the unemployed and the long-term unemployed and to increase the level of skills of unemployed people in order to create the conditions for integrating them into the first labour market. The project thus also contributes to meeting the demographic needs of labour and skilled workers and to reducing long-term unemployment in the Vogtland. It supports equal opportunities for women and men in the labour market and promotes the social integration of the long-term unemployed. Participants are unemployed for long periods before entering the project (§ 18 SGB III), in justified cases also unemployed (§ 16 SGB III, for example for individual employment biographies with frequently changing periods of unemployment and work support measures). The action will involve 12 participants, who are mainly qualified and supervised at the bsw’s premises in Plauen. The project will start on 25.07.2016 and 26.07.2016 with the handover of the participant documents. The project ends on 27.10.2017. (English)
