The project is aimed at 263 persons aged over 25 who are engaged in working or living within the meaning of the provisions of the CC in the area of the Ostrołęka sub-region (counties of M. Ostrołęka, Ostrołęcki, Przasnyski, Makowski, skakowski, ostrowski) — in the case of other operators, they have an organisational unit in the Mazowieckie Province. The target group is made up of individuals who, on their own initiative, are interested in increasing language or computer qualifications. At least 60 % of the UP are people aged between 25 and 50, and above 50 % of the UP are people living in rural areas on the basis of the DEGURBA classification. The project support is in line with the results of the diagnosis of the training needs of the target group, which will increase the efficiency of the training proposed and allow the support to be tailored to the individual needs of the project participants. The project will provide two types of training: 1. Computer training in line with the ECDL Profile for 170 UP of 3 available educational packages: An active user of digital devices, a secure internet user, the basis for computer graphics; 2. Training in English for 93 UP to obtain the full level of language proficiency in accordance with the European System of Language Training at level A (A1 — Beginner, A2 — Pre-intermediate) or at A2 level. The main purpose of the project is to acquire 226 persons (136 K, 90 M) of 25 out of 263 UP (163 K, 100 M) of out of years of age from the area of the sub-region of the Ostroleka in the field of computer use certified by ECDL certificates, or a knowledge of English, as evidenced by the TELC, for the purpose of matching professional skills with the needs of the labour market for the period up to 30.06.2019. Projekt skierowany jest do 263 osób powyżej 25 roku życia uczących się, pracujących lub zamieszkujących w rozumieniu przepisów KC na obszarze subregionu ostrołęckiego (powiaty M. Ostrołęka, ostrołęcki, przasnyski, makowski, wyszkowski, ostrowski) - w przypadku innych podmiotów posiadają one jednostkę organizacyjną na obszarze woj. mazowieckiego. Grupę docelową stanowią osoby, które z własnej inicjatywy zainteresowanie są podwyższeniem kwalifikacji językowych lub komputerowych. Co najmniej 60% UP stanowią osoby w wieku od 25 do 50 lat, zaś powyżej 50% UP stanowią osoby zamieszkujące obszary wiejskie na podstawie klasyfikacji Degurba. Wsparcie w ramach projektu jest zgodne z wynikami diagnozy potrzeb szkoleniowych grupy docelowej, co zwiększy efektywność proponowanych szkoleń i pozwoli na dostosowanie wsparcia do indywidualnych potrzeb uczestników projektu. W ramach projektu zrealizowane zostaną dwa rodzaje szkoleń: 1. Szkolenia komputerowe zgodne z systemem ECDL Profile dla 170 UP w ramach 3 dostępnych pakietów edukacyjnych: Aktywny użytkownik urządzeń cyfrowych, Bezpieczny Internauta, Podstawy grafiki komputerowej; 2. Szkolenia z języka angielskiego dla 93 UP przygotowujące do zdobycia pełnego poziomu biegłości językowej zgodnie z Europejskim Systemie Kształcenia Językowego na poziomie A (A1 - Beginner, A2 - Pre-Intermediate) lub na poziomie A2. Celem głównym projektu jest nabycie przez 226 osób (136 K, 90 M) spośród 263 UP (163 K, 100 M) powyżej 25 roku życia z obszaru subregionu ostrołęckiego kwalifikacji w zakresie obsługi komputera potwierdzonych certyfikatami ECDL lub znajomości języka angielskiego potwierdzonych certyfikatami TELC w celu dostosowania umiejętności zawodowych do potrzeb mazowieckiego rynku pracy w okresie do 30.06.2019 r.
