Das Jobfux-Projekt der Nibelungen Realschule plus Worms unterstützt und begleitet Schüler der Berufsreifeklassen 8. u. 9. beim Übergang Schule/Beruf durch indiv. und bedarfsorientierte Beratung, sowie zielgerichteter Module. Berufsorientierende Maßnahmen und Hilfe bei der Ausbildungsplatzsuche fördern den erfolgreichen Übergang in den Beruf. Das Umfeld der Schule umfasst Quartiere mit hohen sozialen Belastungsfaktoren. Das Projekt richtet sich an Jugendliche mit besonderen sozialen Bedarfslagen. (German)

The Jobfux project of the Nibelungen Realschule plus Worms supports and accompanies students of vocational training classes 8th and 9th at the transition school/occupation through indiv. and demand-oriented advice, as well as targeted modules. Vocational orientated measures and assistance in finding a training place promote the successful transition to the profession. The school environment includes neighbourhoods with high social stress factors. The project is aimed at young people with special social needs. (English)
