Das Projekt richtet sich an die "Stillen Reserven", d.h. erwerbslose, nicht arbeitsuchend gemeldete Menschen, insbesondere nach einer Familien- oder Pflegephase. Ziel ist es, diese Menschen unverbindlich und individuell bei der beruflichen Orientierung sowie dem Wiedereinstieg in das Erwerbsleben zu unterstützen und sie für den Arbeitsmarkt zu erschließen. Es werden Möglichkeiten der Aus- und Weiterbildung, Informationen zum regionalen Arbeitsmarkt und Selbstvermarktungsstrategien erarbeitet. (German)

The project is aimed at “still reserves”, i.e. unemployed people who are not registered for work, in particular after a family or care phase. The aim is to support these people, without obligation and individually, in their career orientation and their re-entry into the labour market and to make them accessible to the labour market. Opportunities for education and training, information on the regional labour market and self-marketing strategies will be developed. (English)
