    Das Projekt Fit für den Job ist ein niederschwelliges Angebot für Teilnehmende mit multiplen Vermittlungshemmnissen (Lernbeeinträchtigung, fehlender Schulabschluss, mangelh. Sozialverhalten, gesundheitl. Einschränkungen,…). Über sozialpädagogische Begleitung, berufliche Erprobung, Training von Schlüsselqualifikationen und Kenntnisvermittlung sowie betriebliche Praktika erhalten Teilnehmende die notwendige Förderung, zur Entwicklung individueller beruflicher Anschluss- und Übergangsperspektiven.
