Das Projekt Fit für den Job ist ein niederschwelliges Angebot für Teilnehmende mit multiplen Vermittlungshemmnissen (Lernbeeinträchtigung, fehlender Schulabschluss, mangelh. Sozialverhalten, gesundheitl. Einschränkungen,…). Über sozialpädagogische Begleitung, berufliche Erprobung, Training von Schlüsselqualifikationen und Kenntnisvermittlung sowie betriebliche Praktika erhalten Teilnehmende die notwendige Förderung, zur Entwicklung individueller beruflicher Anschluss- und Übergangsperspektiven. The project Fit for the job is a low-threshold offer for participants with multiple impediments to placement (learning impairment, lack of school leaving, lack of training). Social behaviour, health. Restrictions,...). Through social pedagogical support, professional testing, training of key qualifications and knowledge transfer as well as company internships, participants receive the necessary support for the development of individual career transition and transition perspectives.
