The aim of the project is to renovate and adapt the heritage Onecin and the park from the train and park team in the city of Niwisko to cultural and educational purposes. The project will mainly consist of renovation and construction work which will allow the use of the monument. Plaster, vetch and elewiness, electrical and hydraulic installations, roof will be carried out. There will be an installation of window/door joinery. Finally, the floor will be adapted to the guest rooms, and the ground floor will be entirely dedicated to visitors, and will also take place in a number of cultural and educational events. In addition to the rehabilitation and adaptation work, the gardening work will be carried out in a garden which allows the garden to be visited by tourists but also by local residents. Pathways, lighting and others will be developed. The target group of this project is very broad. This will be both visitors to the Siedleclec region and the City of Liwiec, but also to local residents. It is worth noting that the train/park team is located on the red route of the ppt. Siedce PKP — Węgierów PKS, which makes it more attractive and accessible to a wide range of tourists. This project will contribute to the development of Mazovia through an increase in the educational and cultural range. One of the main objectives of the project is to halt the degradation of the heritage site — for the moment, it is completely excluded from use, and to give it a new functionality — a cultural and educational offer. The restoration and adaptation of Onecin and the park will allow cultural heritage to be preserved for future generations. Finally, the project will improve access to cultural resources and increase the participation of people in cultural life. Especially in rural areas, it is particularly desirable. It is important for the team to be restored to the past, as it is part of the history of the village of Niwiski. (English) | |||

Celem projektu jest renowacja i adaptacja zabytkowej oficyny i parku z zespołu dworsko-parkowego w Niwiskach na cele kulturalno-edukacyjne. W ramach projektu zostaną wykonane głównie prace remontowo-budowlane, które pozwolą na użytkowanie zabytkowej oficyny. Wykonane zostaną tynki, wylewki i elewacja, instalacje elektryczna i hydrauliczna, dach. Zainstalowana zostanie stolarka okienno-drzwiowa. Wreszcie piętro oficyny zostanie zaadaptowane na pokoje gościnne, z kolei parter będzie w całości przeznaczony dla odwiedzających, będą się w nim również odbywały liczne wydarzenia kulturalno-edukacyjne. Oprócz prac związanych z renowacją i adaptacją oficyny zostaną wykonane prace restauracyjne w ogrodzie, dzięki którym ogród będzie mógł być odwiedzany przez turystów ale także okolicznych mieszkańców. Zostaną wytyczone ścieżki, wykonane oświetlenie i inne. Grupa docelowa niniejszego projektu jest bardzo szeroka. Będą to zarówno turyści odwiedzający region Siedlec i Dolinę Liwca, ale także okoliczni mieszkańcy. Na uwagę zasługuje fakt, że zespół dworsko-parkowy znajduje się na czerwonym szlaku PPTK Siedlce PKP - Węgrów PKS, co dodatkowo podnosi jego atrakcyjność i dostępność dla szerokiego grona turystów. Niniejszy projekt przyczyni się do rozwoju Mazowsza poprzez zwiększenie oferty edukacyjno-kulturalnej. Jednym z ważniejszych celów projektu jest zahamowanie procesu degradacji obiektu zabytkowego - na chwilę obecną oficyna jest całkowicie wyłączona z użytkowania, oraz nadanie jej nowych funkcji użytkowych - oferta kulturalno-edukacyjna. Renowacja i adaptacja oficyny oraz parku pozwolą na zachowanie dziedzictwa kulturowego dla przyszłych pokoleń. I wreszcie, w wyniku realizowanego projektu nastąpi poprawa dostępu do zasobów kultury oraz zwiększenie uczestnictwa mieszkańców w życiu kulturalnym. Co zwłaszcza w regionach wiejskich jest szczególnie pożądane. Ważne jest by zespołowi dworsko-parkowemu przywrócić dawną świetność, ponieważ jest on częścią historii wsi Niwiski. (Polish)
