OBJECTIVE: Increasing the development opportunities of 363U (174K, 189M), an increase in competences of 32N (25K, 7M) and an increase in the quality of both SP and G education in the Carpathians, inter alia through the provision of key competences for the U of key competences (foreign and nature and ICT), training for N and providing the teaching background for the teaching database SP and G by 30.06.2019. Main results: The number of N those acquired or acquired competence after leaving the programme — 29 students who have acquired a key competence after leaving the programme — 330 L. schools and educational facilities using ICT equipment for providing educational activities — 2 GD is: a) 363U (174K, 189M) from the schools SP (283U) and G (80U) in the Carpathians. These are the PEs that are achieving the lowest results in the WL. This is a GD which delivers inadequate results to its capacity, consisting of U who: They have deficits in some areas of knowledge (e.g., foreign), who are fit to do so in the following directions: mat., ICT, want to acquire knowledge/skills in new areas (e.g. programming). GD is U in Classes I to VIII with SP and II-III with G, from the rural areas WL (in accordance with the RPOWER classification), which has difficulties in gaining access to development/knowledge offers owing to, inter alia, communication barriers. This GD has a low awareness of the potential for further development, part of GD shows problems of psychologism. Most GD has low developed attitudes: creativity, innovation, work in pelletisation, (b) 32N (25K, 7M) from the above schools. This is GD, which shows a lack of knowledge/competence, among other things in the field of science and innovation in education. These are the ones who fall within the scope of certain areas (inter alia: ICT, Pedag.) and would like to increase them. Tasks: 1. Teacher training 2. Key competences and attitudes 3. CEL: Zwiększenie szans rozwojowych 363U(174K,189M), wzrost kompetencji 32N(25K,7M) oraz wzrost jakości kształcenia w SP i G w Karczmiskach m.in. poprzez zajęcia dodatkowe dla U z kompetencji kluczowych (jęz. obcych, przedmiotów mat.-przyrodn. i ICT), szkolenia dla N oraz doposażenie bazy dydaktycznej SP i G do 30.06.2019r. Główne rezultaty: Liczba N, którzy uzyskali kwalifikacje lub nabyli kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu - 29 L. uczniów, którzy nabyli kompetencje kluczowe po opuszczeniu programu - 330 L. szkół i placówek systemu oświaty wykorzystujących sprzęt TIK do prowadzenia zajęć edukacyjnych - 2 GD jest: a)363U(174K,189M) ze szkół SP (283U) i G(80U) w Karczmiskach. Są to SZ, które osiąg. najniższe wyniki w WL. Jest to GD, która osiąga wyniki nieadekwatne do swych możliwości- na nią składają się U, którzy: - posiadają deficyty w niektórych obszarach wiedzy (np., jęz. obce ), - którzy są uzdoln. w kierunkach takich jak: mat., ICT , -chcą pozyskiwać wiedzę/umiejętn. w nowych obszarach (np. programowania). GD to U z klas I-VIII z SP i II-III z G, z terenów wiejskich WL (zgodnie z klasyfikacją RPOWL), która ma utrudniony dostęp do ofert rozwoj./ wiedzy m.in. ze względu na bariery komunikacyjne. Ta GD posiada niski poz. wiedzy nt. możliwości dalszego rozwoju, część GD wykazuje problemy natury psycholog. wynik. m.in.z niskich wyników w nauce, wyobcowania itp. Większość GD ma nisko rozwinięte postawy: kreatywność, innowacyjność, praca w grupie. b) 32N(25K,7M)z ww. szkół. Jest to GD, która wykazuje deficyty wiedzy/kompet. m.in. w zakresie naucz. metodą eksperymentu i innowacji w eduk. Są to os. które nisko oc. swoje kompet. z niektórych obszarów (m.in.
