The objective of the project is the development of 240 SMEs from the area of the sub-region and the realisation of the development objectives (educational and business) of these companies and their employees (1575os), in the period from 01.04.2017 to 31.12.2018, by co-financing the costs of development services within PSF. Achieving the objective will reduce the problems and barriers accompanying the destination by raising it with skills, skills, competences, motivation to create and maintain jobs, leading to the adaptability of SMEs, stimulating growth of the region, its competitiveness. Through the implementation of a single company, micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, including natural persons who are entrepreneurs. The workers will be assigned by their employer to the development of the services. The project involves the participation of at least 240 SMEs, including 48SMEs active in the area of Inteligent. Specialist. WL and 24 high-growth companies (premium criteria 2 and 3). On the basis of the complex form and the SME support contract, companies will receive financial support for the costs of services provided by the companies (training, advice and needs analysis.) within the limits of the documentation set out in the documentation. On the basis of the demand side, entrepreneurs will choose, with the help of the PSF project, the development of the FPCP development services entered in the RUR by the service charter and the operators who have verified them in the database in the database by PARP. After the verification of the documentation of SMEs, the Operator will receive reimbursement from the Operator of the costs incurred for the service in question. (English) | |||

Celem projektu jest rozwój 240 przedsiębiorstw MSP z terenu subregionu puławskiego i realizacja celów rozwojowych (edukacyjnych i biznes.) tych firm i ich pracowników (1575os), w okresie od 01.04.2017r. do 31.12.2018r. poprzez dofinansowanie kosztów usług rozwojowych w ramach PSF. Realizacja celu zmniejszy problemy i bariery towarzyszące gr.docelowej podnosząc jej kwalifik.zawodowe-wiedzę, umiejętności, kompetencje,zmotywuje do powstania i utrzymania miejsc pracy, prowadząc do adaptacyjności MSP,stymulując rozwój gospod.regionu, jego konkurencyjność. Dzięki realizacji projektu pojedyncze przedsiębior.mikro, małe i średnie, w tym osoby fizyczne prow.działal.gospod. na teren.wojew.lubelskiego, posiadające siedzibę (filię , delegat.,oddział lub innie prawnie dozwol. formę organiz.) w podregionie puławskim i ich pracownicy/kadra zarządzaj.oraz osoby samozatrudnione uczestnicząc w usługach rozwoj. nabędą, potwierdzą lub wzrośnie u nich wiedza, umiejętności, kwalifik. lub kompetencje społ.Wśród uczestników zakłada się udział min. 20% -315 osób w wieku 50+ oraz min. 39% -615 osób o niskich kwalifikacjach (do ISCED 3 włącz.). Pracownicy zostaną skierowani przez swego pracodawcę do skorzystania z usługi rozwoj. Projekt zakłada udział co najmniej 240 MSP, w tym 48MSP działający w obszarach inteligent. Specjaliz. WL i 24przedsiębiorstw szybkiego wzrostu (kryterium premiujące 2 i 3). W oparciu o złożony formularz i zawartą z MSP umowę wsparcia,przedsiębiorstwa otrzymają dofinan. kosztów usług rozwoj.(szkoleń, doradztwa, analizy potrzeb rozwoj.) w ramach pomocy de minimis/pomocy publ.w limitach określonych w dokumentacji. Przedsiębiorcy w oparciu o popytowy charakter adaptacyjności wybiorą przy pomocy Operatora projektu PSF –FPCP usługi rozwojowe wpisane do RUR za pomocą Karty Usługi, a świadczone przez uprawnione podmioty zweryfik. w Bazie przez PARP. Po weryfik. dokumentacji rozliczeniowej MSP otrzyma od Operatora refundację kosztów poniesionych na daną usługę rozwoj (Polish)
