Vorrangiges Ziel der Maßnahme ist die Verbesserung der Deutschkenntnisse besonders in den schriftlichen Fertigkeit und Ausbau der mündlichen berufsorientierten Kommunikation. Ebenso wichtig ist in Absprache mit dem Jobcenter die Feststellung, ob die Teilnehmenden aufgrund vielfältiger Einschränkungen in Bezug auf Lernvermögen, Motivation, Gesundheit, sozialer Einbindung etc. für eine weitere Maßnahme zur beruflichen Integration zu empfehlen sind.
