Grundlage der Ausbildung im Projekt „Lerncenter Lager/Logistik“ mit modularer Ausbildung zum Erwerb von berufsanschlussfähigen Teilqualifikationen (TQ) im Ausbildungsberuf Fachlagerist bildet der Stoffplan. Er orientiert sich an Schwerpunkten der Berufsausbild. Lager/Logistik. Der Einsatz von überschaubaren Modulen ist besonders günstig. Ein laufender Einstieg von Teilnehmern ist ermöglich. Eine 4- bis 8-wöchige Einstiegsphase dient zum Testen. Danach erfolgt mit Ausbilder und soz.-päd. Betreuer die Abstimmung über den weiteren individuellen Ablauf der Maßnahme. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, die zentralen Ausbildungsbausteine zum Erwerb von berufsanschlussfähigen. TQ zu beginnen oder die Qualifizierungsmodule zu absolvieren. Im Verlauf der Ausbildung werden die inhaltlichen Schwerpunkte unter Anwendung der didaktisch-methodischen Prinzipien des Erwachsenenlernens umgesetzt. Unterstützend wirken in diesem Projekt sozialpädagogische Betreuer und Stützlehrer. (German)
